Questioning vaccines ought to be a ‘crime,’ according to a new bill by California Senator Richard Pan

California doctor and Senator, Richard Pan strikes again: he is planning to introduce a bill that would minimize the right to free speech under the guise of combating "fake news." (Dr. Pan is the same man who drafted and pushed SB277, the bill that forced mandatory vaccinations for California schoolchildren.)

The very idea of this is not just shocking but terrifying.

The basic gist of the bill, titled "SB1424 Internet: social media: false information: strategic plan," is this, anyone who owns or operates a website in the state of California "would be obligated to develop a strategic plan to verify any news stories shared on the site. The plan must also have measures to mitigate the spread of false information by using fact-checkers to verify the stories and provide outreach to social media users. A ‘fake news' warning must be placed on any news story that contains false information."1

The bill essentially targets blogs, websites, social media, and any other online communication.

What is happening to free speech in this country? Let's be honest, many people thought SB277 would never pass and it did. While I refuse to live my life in fear, I also refuse to be in the dark about what's happening around me.

Natural Health 365 puts it this way,

"The bill, if it passes, will require agencies of the California government to develop numerous laws for its enforcement, including penalties for so-called ‘speech criminals.'

Clearly, this bill is in extreme violation of the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution...

So, if anyone wanted to publish and circulate an article about the toxic side effects of vaccines or their dangerous ingredients - they may be forced to include warnings about the content or whatever the ‘Thought Police' wished the author to do."2

Worst case scenario, people could be forced to remove content from the internet because it violates the mainstream narrative, which we know is backed by BIg Pharma. (And of course, you can assume the "fact checkers" will be groups that support the official positions of groups like the CDC.)

Our fight isn't over. We will need to continue to use our voices and help our friends in California stand up against "rogue legislators" and their ridiculous bills like SB1424.

We will update you as more info becomes available.
