S333 - White Bread - A Dark Scam.

 This message is to the Population of most ‘Westernised' countries who have food, as distinct from what you call ‘3^rd World' countries who do not. We want you to know how the Dark Ones adulterate your food.

The system set up by the Elite Dark Ones is that every Western country shall have a plentiful supply of food, because they can earn more of their paper money on each transaction up the food chain. But the reality for many people in the Western countries is that they can't afford it. In some cases imported foodstuffs and ingredients are sourced in Third World countries and bought for very low sums, as the Elite make sure that the forward commodity prices benefit them and not the producer countries.

Many of these foodstuffs are processed and made into products which are everyday items in most homes. But between the original grower and you the consumer, something bad happened. Let's take bread as an example; it used to be made with whole grain wheat, which was ground slowly between two millstones, thus preserving all of the goodness in the flour. During the 19^th Century someone dreamed up the idea of mass producing white bread, which had only ever been a preserve of the rich.

A roller-milling machine was developed which separated the wheat-germ and bran from the remaining flour, which had an off-white colour. Now they were in business; so what they did was use bleach on the flour, and it turned pure white. Then they sold off the bran and the wheat-germ as food ingredients and health food products. Thus a single revenue earning grain was turned into 3 revenue earning products. Because the roller mills ran faster than the millstones, the heat generated destroyed some of the goodness, but faster production meant richer millers.

So, they came up with a seriously nutrition reduced white flour and wheat-germ and bran. The bran often gets added into ‘high fibre' products which you need to assist with digestive transit, because the white bread you eat doesn't have any bran in. Then when you rub that skin cream into your face, is it the one ‘enriched' with wheat-germ oil? If you'd used whole-grain, in the first place, maybe you wouldn't have needed wheat-germ oil in the cream. Ordinary brown and granary flours are dyed, often using malt, a by-product of the brewing industry.

What was it that ABBA sung? Money, Money, Money? This kind of scam goes on throughout the food production industry, and they strip out additional value, put back in a load of stuff you may wish to call ‘CRAP' and then make themselves rich; at the same time, and at the expense of your health. The Imperial Roman Army marched throughout Europe on a bread based diet, but they wouldn't have got very far on much of the modern product.

And do you know, the tragedy is that most of you think eating white bread is ‘normal' because successive generations have been conned into believing this. So, what should you think of a Global Elite who want to weaken and poison you; for make no mistake, this kind of scam is prevalent in ALL areas of food production, and some of that ‘CRAP' put back in to hold the denatured ingredients together are poisons and irritants that can make you ill. Not only do the elite not care, in many cases this is a DELIBERATE policy, designed to help in the reduction of the world population. (White rice isn't normal either, only the wholegrain brown rice is.)

 These people know who they are, and more importantly so do we, for when the time is right they are going to pay for their crimes against humanity.

Candace: In the PJ's, there is discussion of bread also, and it was recommended that in addition to using whole spelt flour, as the best flour for bread, to add I think it was 1/2 cup of sprouted spelt to each loaf, which increases the vitamin content substantially. I think this is in PJ 130 but I am not sure. Lots of health tips though in that one.  I buy bread made from fresh ground wheat or spelt flour, or was, it is difficult to get the bakery now as i gave up my car.  Freshly ground whole grain flour does not have the rancid oils in that much of store bought whole flours do.  Flour should be used within 1 week of grinding.

I also buy a bread made of totally no flour, only sprouted whole grains and I have done this at home and should get back to it, it's CHEAP. The recipe is in the bible. Exekiel 4:9 and the bread I purchase is named after it, Exekiel 4:9  made of only organic seed and a product of "Food for Life."  If you take wheat, barley, beans (soy in this bread), lentils, mimllet and spelt, you get a completely balanced product, that includes all the essential amino acids the human needs. And the vitamin content is huge. When you sprout the seeds, they make vitamins and you get a lot more nutrition from the process.

You mix these, soak and sprout them, until the tips of the sprouts show, drain well in a collander and grind the mess up in your food processor with salt and yeast, dump it into the bread pan, let rise and bake.  For a muffin type product, do the same, except dump in a bowl, added dried fruits, grated carrots, nuts whatever you wish, and a little sucanat or organic sugar or other sweetner, small amount, not so it's like cake, and then bake in a large shallow pan or muffin cups. HEAVY as hocky puks, but delicious.

Assignment, go over all the likely crap in your kitchen and read the labels and get on a better diet of whole food, at least 50% RAW.

 Now also look at what you buy because your food is awful. The whole supplements market is generally based on bad food. Your weren't born needing supplements in general, it's the bad food causing need for them, and yet another way to make money.

Now, man by his choices can get some control over all this, but he won't. He keeps buying foods loaded with heaven knows what, instead of leaving them on the shelves. Spent a day in Walmarts studying what people purchase, and while you are at it, study what you purchase.
