MEDITATION TO DRAW YOU AWAY FROM THE SAME
Through Rosie, 20th January 2014
You are going along familiar pathways. You may be travelling to work, doing your chores, attending regular meetings, taking the same route, wearing the same clothes, seeing the same people, following the same guru, watching the same programme, following the same pattern, saying the same things, reacting in the same way, over-reacting to the same stimuli, indulging in the same escape, blaming the same source, inviting the same disaster, ignoring the same opportunity, fabricating the same trauma, exacerbating the same dilemma, inviting the same insult, responding to the same whistle call, following the same tracks, reaching for the same destination.
We would like to draw you away from DOING THE SAME.
Imagine, after all these ions of time of doing the same, of climbing a difficult mountain, you now have the chance to START A NEW JOURNEY UNFETTERED BY THE PAST, Imagine you climb to the top of a mountain where your normal path stops abruptly at an ornate archway.
Beyond this lies the UNKNOWN, the possible paradise. Close your eyes NOW and imagine what your new path is. What are your new priorities? How can you give joy to yourself and to others? Take a few minutes to visualise this scene in detail in your mind.
Remember the glorious scenes you have been given, the vistas of endless opportunity and realise the potential for change, for every little detail you have seen will have meaning for you in your life on earth. Hold this memory in your heart as you re-enter the archway and gaze down at the myriad avenues of your past with new eyes. Place your seal of gratitude on this experience, for you have accessed the precious GOD OR GODDESS WITHIN who has given you these insights, and whose intuitive knowing is far more expansive than your well-trodden, circulatory and sometimes tortuous ways of cognitive and “logical” thinking. We love you, Seraphin
