Cleric Letter Directions

Hi everyone, I have made the final changes to the cleric letter.  It is shorter and will fit easily on two pages in Arial 10 point font and normal margins. The original version required you adjust the margins to make it fit on two pages.

It should be mailed during and shortly after the two-week announcement process in the USA.  Some of you have written to ask if you should mail it at all, since we are having a longer announcement period than previously planned, especially in the USA. The answer is yes, as this will reinforce the teachings, add validity and further stimulate interest, reminding people to check my website. Some may not take notes on that during the two weeks.

As to the issue of the return address, you can use something simple such as Second Coming, or use my business address. You could also use Second Coming Information from AbundantHope, or simply AbundantHope, which would also stimulate interest.

Many of you created a nice symbol to use in the return address area, and that is fine to keep it. Also, if you have already printed the old letter, please do not go to the expense and time of redoing it. You may print on one sheet, both sides, or use two sheets. Some of you have chosen nice stationary, and this is fine if you can afford it. Otherwise plain copy paper is fine also. Do what your budget allows. Use a different font if you wish, but be sure to check if that changes the number of pages for printing. In the USA you can send 3 pages of standard paper for one stamp.

You may find it cheaper to print the letter and then take it to a copy store, especially those of you sending large numbers of letters. Printer ink adds up pretty fast.

Do what your budget and time allows. I have no requirements of how many you send out. There may be duplications in a few areas, if more than one of you lives in the same city or town. That is not a problem. Don’t worry about it. If a cleric receives more than one copy, this will simply reinforce the interest. The letter can be mailed to your individual circles also, and placed on forums and websites if you choose. In fact, if you are limited in money and time, this is a good way to spread the letter, and reinforce the announcement process in the USA.

The USA coverage should be picked up and duplicated by many news services around the world. I have taken my email address out of the letter. Instead people are asked to go to the website for contact instructions. I now have a team of regional directors who can assist this process and who represent other languages.

Thank all of you for persisting during this long wait, of more than a year since I prepared the last copy of the letter. We are close, truly this time.
