I haven't seen this, so I don't know. It is cirulating about the web. A couple months ago, I was riding home on the bus from a 911 event downtown.  I was chatting with a man who had just completed a 3 year course in computer programming. The school bought a diebold machine and gave the students the exercise of trying to hack it and change the votes and this was quite successful, easy to do.

They are intentionally made "hackable". The software is NOT secure. It functions just fine when the voting district tests them. But then the information is easily changed on election day. Take care, Candace
