These consist of the $6.2 trillion loan provided by Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Al-Aweed al-Talal of Saudi Arabia, plus $7.8 trillion loaned altogether by the Chinese. These loans are for the wholesale Settlements; and these are the loan funds that have been BLOCKED from distribution and illegally exploited to sustain the Wall Street and foreign banks’ carousel, enabling all of the banks involved to collect fees as the leveraged money circulates among the institutions.
• The funds were moved to the United States because the Settlements are payable in US dollars.
Recently we were told the Reagan Mitterand Protocols were payoffs for those that took down the Soviet Union. I made the assumption these payoffs are the settlements. This story has become so confusing as to make it impossible to decifer what is going on. And Christopher Story admits a major trustee has been deluding him for 2 years now, and I know darn good well from following Christopher's reports since inception that he has been deluded by more than one person. And what does the word "wholesale" mean in the above?
So, what are these LOANS and what are they truly for? How are they to be paid back? How do LOANS "re-fund" anything??????? Let alone the world at this point. And how are China and the Queen linked?????? This has become a huge mess of a story. While there are lots of truths in it regards exposure, in all honesty I can't continue to support all of these and being outside Christopher's head, I can't make sense at all of the long story anymore.
I am still quite unsure of just why Wanta was asked to take down the Soviet Union via screwing the Ruple. At the time Wanta and Reagan engaged in this project the Soviet Union had thrown off many of it's known Bolsheviks, who promptly took up residence elsewhere and continued what Bolsheviks do. The Soviet Union, to block this power of the Bolshevik influence in this country, began to clone our leaders, and thus Salt II was signed under Jimmy Carter and the world supposedly made a safer place at any rate. Jimmy Carter was cloned, and the clone signed that treaty.
Reagan was cloned also. So here we have something called the Reagan Mitterand Protocols, payments for taking down the Soviet Union, by I assume the Bolsheviks that took over this country against the NON Bolsheviks of the Soviet Union. This seems like revenge money to me in some way.
And then Wanta got to keep his profits of $27.5 trillion in his trading that took down the Ruple. Apparently he did intend to put this money to good use. Is Wanta's $27.5 trillion part of the payoffs for taking out the Soviet Union, or totally separate funds?
We were told by Story that Putin was to receive payoff money, and I think he says this was part of the Reagan Mitterand funds.
How was Putin then, I don't know. Since Putin is now controlling there, what is his role now and what was it clandestinely? He does appear to be a "good guy", very crafty and turned to service in the light. Did Putin work to take out a changing Soviet Union back in Reagan's day and thus earned $50 billion, I believe was the figure Story gave, plus interest of course?
Are the settlements the "re-funding program" or different from that? $14 trillion is not that huge amount of money, unless the decimal point is moved considerably, it is almost small change. I am most confused is all. And again, how does these $14 trillion loans get paid back to China and the Queen and the guy in Africa?
And then weave that into everything else we are being bombarded with about the financial crisis and its various causes and purposes. One thing that would seem apparent, is that the whole mess is so chaotic that it must collapse upon itself, and the Phoenix rise from the ashes. The corruption and games would seem to be too complex to solve this, and I hope this is ultimately a good thing. For I see no solution based on my own study, of these large problems, except to trash it all and start over, accompanied by lots of arrests.
There is one thing I never could understand is how Wanta's original deal to accept $4.5 Trillion, less taxes, could possibly re fund anything. If I recall, that money was for the US of A so how does that extrapolate to re funding the world via these "settlements." Story himself alluded to the fact not long ago, that he is part of something else, and has hidden this. If I recall also correctly, his first stories about Wanta Gate, didn't included the settlements. Also, it seems Casper's stories have been about the USA and NESARA and then he seemed to get into Christopher Story's settlements story, or was it the other way around?
I am truly lost in Story's story, Casper's story and Poof's story. So be it. I might mention here, for a short time I was one of Christopher's smaller American contacts, with a bit of privileged information. Until he tossed me aside because he thought apparently I was part of FourWinds. I think I am the one he mentioned once, about his "former" American friend. Go figure.
So I do ask "upstairs" as needed, and there is material not appropriate for me to know at this time, because it's confidential, and otherwise I will just continue to watch and learn, but I give up trying to solve the riddles at this time, I do not think there is an earthy global solution to many issues, not just the financial issues, but the environmental technology issues, enery issues, population issues and the like. There is simply too much chaos, a good thing really, because this will necessitate total change of the whole paradigm.
We have gone to far. But I do hope the mess awakens a lot more star seeds! And perhaps a sleeping populace in general at some point. But the fixing will need the stasis event, as near as I can tell.
