Christ Michael, I ask for clarity and understanding on emotional reactions and how personal perception influences how we hear messages. To what extent is anger or unhappiness a part of our interpretation? How is love judgmental and critical? How is progress weighed dispassionately? I ask for comments on how our perspective determines how we perceive.

Jess, I will speak to you on these questions and topics. Your perception is everything that determines how you hear us. We speak through you and your commentaries are our thoughts filtered through your emotions and understanding. We only manifest at the level you allow us to speak. The words you choose carry with them the energy that causes them to be formed. They are conveying the energy that connects us with you. The words are the shapes that you give our expressions.

Our expressions are much broader and more inclusive than you can perceive at this time. We encompass all--and you are part of that—but your mental cognition only allows a small spectrum of this energy frequency to be grasped and translated into words. Much more is internalized and forms part of the context the words come from. You have this energy taking various forms in your feelings and mental understanding. I am trying to convey the limits of what you perceive as a message. This message is couched in terms you know to use, with phraseology familiar to you and emotional perceptions that resonate with your experiences and conscious points of view. What is formalized is what you allow to be formalized. This is not a judgment of one receiver or message being better than another; only a statement that each is personalized and different from all the others in terms of its focus.

My comments to Candace come through her perspective. She has a focus and an agenda that filter what she hears to express. She is in tune with a higher frequency than you at this point, but that doesn’t mean she expresses this connection with more clarity or insight. Her messages are the product of her background and operational experiences, to use that phrase. She speaks about what she is concerned with. Her messages take a different tack than yours because she has a different agenda. You are concerned with inclusion and teaching connection and balance. You want everyone to see the bigger picture that comes from a broader perception. Your perception is broader than most, and you speak to the issues that are germane to that point of view. You approach issues from the context of overview. You find reasons more fascinating, often, than statements of facts or data. You see all the details as part of a larger movement that is making a unified effort to establish connection.

I speak to others of specifics that are malleable incidents in the larger scheme of progression. The levels of complexity that have been created are beyond belief, yet all must function as a unit for one purpose and goal. They are all part of the urge to ascend back to the Christ energy that formed the creation. The energy was replicated and used to create all extensions of my thought. The story is described in understandable sequence in the Urantia book. This was a complex process and it is not capricious or unplanned in terms of its parameters. Everything is predetermined in its structure. Everything reflects my intentions and my concepts. You reflect my concepts. I chose to create an embodiment that would allow your soul stream to inhabit my universe and participate in its exploration of my interpretation of creation. This Universe and its progression is my progression, and all the details you worry over are part of the range of choices I created to allow you to explore this Universe in my behalf.

I allowed you to experience free choice and free expression of those choices to broaden your and my experience of Nebadon. Man on Earth is bound by the parameters I have chosen to employ in this part of my creation. The extended history of challenge and reaction to my unity has created its own layering of realities that must be allowed to play out as a formed concept. Creation is operational until it no longer exists. Once energy starts moving it continues moving until it stops. This truth under girds all structure in Nebadon. You manifested your history and your formalized conceptions must continue until they are changed.

This is based on your ability to co-create your ideas. Only you can change your own concepts. You set the energy in motion and you steer it. I experience your experiences because part of me is in each of you. But you have the ability to set the universal energy in motion to reflect our own vision of reality you are working with. The reality of the Universe is one constant that embodies the distinction that formed Nebadon. All else is an interpretation of that constant. You may see a variety of realities—or even several streams of realities—happening simultaneously, but that is only your perception of yourself and your surrounding energy. A unique and distinctive ability to determine the layers is what sets each person apart. This is part of the dialogue you contribute to the universal interaction you are participating in.

It makes no difference in terms of your individual soul purpose how you choose to explore your progression. You have a purpose and it takes on a shape to allow you to learn its capabilities within that shape. I don’t judge the choices. I don’t judge the results of those choices.

I can evaluate their unity with my plan, however, and with the parameters of my universe. Those are the rules, to use that expression, which this experience proceeds with. I can express this to you only through your means of understanding my expression. This takes the form of anger or frustration because those are the emotions you understand and operate through. I am not angry because all is my creation. It may be expressed as anger because you the receiver hear my ideas through your anger.

The expressions one sees and hears share the forms created by the person expressing them as a voice. The nature of telepathy is communicating with ideas. My ideas can only be verbalized through the vocabulary of the receiver. A receiver can only verbalize these ideas through his or her ability to perceive and communicate in words. Anger and frustration are expressed as coming from me because that is the most resonant emotional construct the ideas will manifest through as words. The receiver hears the portion of the idea that connects with his or her focus and preconceived experiences. I open new understanding “packets” when I need to express something beyond the range of existing understanding. The ability is always there in the receiver, it just needs the proper circuitry in the brain to connect an idea to a mental form that can be experienced. All speakers are part of me, and all use this method because I use it.

I will speak of events and specific occurrences through others. The importance of your messages lies in my being able to express why other messages take the form they do. You ask for reasons and contexts, and I use you to speak to those issues. This provides more underlay for understanding what I am communicating. This type of communication is the most effective one at this time of disillusionment and distrust in traditional methods of communicating. Those who will hear my words are best spoken to through another medium. These messages from me take many forms, and understanding requires much piecing together by discerning receivers and hearers. This process of discernment is a progression of cohesion in itself. The assimilation needed to understand the broadest concept of my words is part of the awareness that must be developed to recognize the unity of each inhabitant within the Universe.
