Please allow me again to respond to AC/DC’s latest article, published on RMN, as referred to below:-

In your previous article you stated, quote

“During Dr. Dam's incapacitation and or inability to undertake his responsibilities, that signatory authority (by virtue of the Green Hilton Memorial Agreement [Geneva 1963])automatically passes to the Secretary General of the United States.”

Surprise, surprise, we do have an actual copy of the Green Hilton Treaty passed to us by the officially recognized, and legal heir, to one of the Indonesian persons named within the Green Hilton Treaty.

As this is a “Top Secret” treaty between two Presidents, I have no intention of falling foul of the applicable laws surrounding such “Secrecy”, so to prove my point this Treaty is NOT being published.

However, I am sending it to a well respected and reputable Third Party, whom I am well acquainted with and whom I trust implicitly and who will independently verify to all readers the following. This person, being more than qualified to verify not only the Treaty but also my comments below, will then send a communication to RMN, via one or more of its Administrators, within 2 -3 days of the date of my response article:-

Within the whole context of the Green Hilton Treaty November 1963, conjointly with the Master Agreement, there is NO CLAUSE (Not even a mention of one) that states, implicitly or otherwise, that upon the incapacitation of H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam then the authority over the accounts that is held by H.E. Dr. Dam, reverts to, rests with, is transferred to, or otherwise to the Secretary General of the United States of America, or even the Secretary General of the United Nations, or any other organization.

The person whom I am sending it to will upon verifying what I have stated above, will destroy, in totality, every single page of the document I send to them.

AC/DC, you are now going to come back at me and state that because there is no clause reference to the transfer, reversion to, or rests with, or otherwise, of all signatory power over the Collateral Accounts to the Secretary General; that the copy Treaty we hold is a fake. I can assure you that it is not a fake at all and it is a copy of the “Original” Treaty held in an absolutely safe and secure place in Indonesia.

Hence therefore I would strongly suggest you refrain from sending / posting such “Cock and Bull” misinformation on the Community Boards as it is you that are totally misleading the public of this and other issues of which it can be clearly observed that you have no knowledge whatsoever on the subject matter.

I will also reiterate my previous statement regarding the fact that the 1995 agreements appointing Dr Dam as International Treasury Controller and Chairman of the OITC, would supersede all other agreements that were relative to the Administration, Control, Management, Authorities of the Collateral Accounts, especially those undertaken by a totally discredited Trilateral Trillenium Tripartite Gold Commission.

Furthermore, we are fully aware of the “Guardians” as you refer to them, and for which we refer to them as the “Hierarchy”. To clarify the point, once again, using your own terminology, “It was the Hierarchy / Guardians, being those empowered to appoint and empower the person that requested that David Sale act as Caretaker Chairman until the situation / incapacitation of H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam was resolved”.

I will also reiterate another point that has been made in the past by me within previous posts, which is that, “David Sale has no aspirations of this position whatsoever, even though he is more than capable in mind, body and soul, to fill this position, whereby he will serve the person that the Hierarchy / Guardians approve, whether for H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam to continue, or, the appointment of a new International Treasury Controller / Chairman of the OITC.

It is their decision, not yours, and certainly not anyone in or connected to the US Government or CIA.

Finally, you see AC/DC we always provide proof to support what we state publicly, whereas you DON”T, so please cut the crap of misinformation.
