As far as I know, the St Germain trust has nothing to do with OITC. But it could... because Gunther and several of his cousins... all of whom were/are from the sovereign nations that the NWO/City of London/British East India Trading Company... raped, pillaged and destroyed through a series of conquests, wars, divide and conquer, and balkanizing the area by sending in immigrants who are of a different religion and who speak a different language.

The nations that are represented by the OITC are from every religion, language and area of the world including Antarctica.

The closer the OITC gets to changing the economic system of the world, the more slime is thrown at them. It similar to throwing a plate of spaghetti at a white wall. The spaghetti slimes down the wall and eventually ends up on the floor... which is how most of the accusations end up... but that doesn't matter. The purpose is to slime the OITC and make people think the OITC is the bad guy... just like the NWO... maybe even worse.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The mission of the OITC is to restore the economic balance to the earth and create a climate in which the "little people" of the world can live in comfort and peace. This means getting rid of the oppressive group that runs the world right now. This group derived their money and power by raping and pillaging the little people.

In centuries past, the victor won the spoils of war. But we have grown beyond that way of thinking... but the City of London group has not. They still make their profits by dividing and conquering... killing and plundering. The OITC is set to take the power to make money by making war away from them.

The OITC is the legitimate owner of most of the gold in the world. Most of you know that I was part of the largest gold transfer in the history of the world. We arranged the return of the Austrian treasury to Austria in late 1994.

That story is a story in itself. Maybe I will tell part of it on today's radio show... depending on the breaking news that Dr. Robin is gathering about the upcoming bombing of the Gulf of Mexico with depleted uranium by the United States Navy. The only thing she and I can make of it is the earth is being "terra formed"... possibly to make way for a new race of souls... known as the "tan race"... who are coming to study at the earth school. Killing all the life on earth is the name of this game... and the only thing that makes sense is it's time for our soul group to move on.

Back to the OITC and the gold that Gunther and I transferred to Austria from the Philippines.

The Austrian treasury was far more than gold bars. It contained gigantic gold crosses, crowns, jewels and other "artifacts". It was vitally important that the "enemy"... aka the new world order... city of london group... did NOT get their hands on it.

They almost did... at the end of the transfer... but that's another long story.

Gunther's mentor was Admiral Wilhelm Canaris. After many years, I have now realized that the man I met in an underground bunker WAS Admiral Canaris. He's the one who showed me the lab that cloned body parts for their top men. Gunther of course was one of those top men.

This group has never had a name... they call themselves Faction Two... Their enemies call them Nazis, Fascists, aliens... whenever a group is blamed, the new world order tries to throw the blame to this group... but no one but the readers of RMN and the higher level of the US government has any knowledge of this group.

This group has fought the Rothschild controlled new world order since the King of Bavaria blew the whistle on the secret takeover of the European monarchies by the Illuminati. That was in 1776. Shortly after that, the King of Bavaria started sending trusted family members all around the world, to begin to create a group to battle what he realized was already a worldwide attempt to take complete control of the world.

Admiral Canaris carried on the tradition started by the King of Bavaria. Canaris was not only the head of the Abwehr... military intelligence for Germany during WW2... he was also the Grand Master of the Knights Templars and retained that position... possibly until this very day.

President Obama's grandfather, Stanley Dunham, was accused of spying for the Abwehr during WW2. The records didn't say he was a German spy... it directly tracked him to the Abwehr. The Abwehr was headquarters for the assassination attempts on Hitler. According to the history books, Admiral Canaris was hung with piano wire for heading up the "Canaris Conspiracy" to kill Hitler. IMO Hitler was killed and replaced with a double by his City of London Handlers in England.

The real reason behind WW2 was to finish destroying the independent nations that were a threat to the City of London's plan to take over the world. Sadly, the United States has been the military power behind the City of London ever since the Federal Reserve Banking System was set up.

Admiral Canaris played an early role in contacting the other heads of sovereign nations... chiefs, sultanates, kings, queens... whatever the bloodline title had been.

These people were convinced to hide their royal treasuries to make sure that their wealth and artifacts did not fall into the hands of the new world order.

You have to pause for a moment and realize that Admiral Canaris and his group have had contact with both the race that lives in Antarctica and with other races of beings... the ones we call ETs.

These treasures are guarded by ETs. I have not seen them with my own eyes, but I have seen photos and friends who have been guarding the gold for generations have told me about them. This is the reason that the new world order has only been able to steal gold bars... not the real treasures.

OITC was set up by these sovereign nations to guard the treasures until it was time to release the truth to the world. It's now time.

I may have a thing or two wrong about the OITC. I am telling the story of them from Gunther's point of view, and I haven't talked with him since 1997.

If whistleblower wants to correct anything I have said, he is welcome to.

As for the St Germain trust. I was always led to believe that it was part of the programs that Poof talks about.

Back in the late 90s I wrote about these trusts and how the initial money was used to start the dot com boom... and when Faction Two had made a 100 times return on their investment... meaning the investment of all the money the people Poof talks about... they pulled out the money and stashed a lot of it in the St Germain trust. There are two other trusts that Faction Two uses to fund their operations. These trusts date from the 1700s.

I my opinion, the OITC is the enemy of the new world order... and the new world order has sent out an army of disinfo agents to slime and tar the OITC.

I predict that we will all soon know the truth...

Many thanks Raye for the illuminating article. If I may make some small corrections just so the records are set straight.

The St Germain Trust, St Germain Master Trust, and the World Trust are all part of the Collateral Accounts under Foundation Divine, legally owned as Legal Heir by H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam, International Treasury Controller.

These are absolutely correct, but more to the point is the question WHY? for which the answer is so that those parties who have been stealing the assets over many decades can continue their theft and plunder. The more people who are propagated in their minds as to the unrestricted ownership and access to these assets, the easier it is for the parties creating all of this propaganda, to steal them.

I think you will find that it was the Tsar of Russia who commenced / continued this back in the mid 1800's. I am not saying that the King of Bavaria was not involved in one way or another. In fact all Royal Families of the World were involved and still are, and it may well have been the King of Bavaria in the 1700 who actually started this, which is a factor that I am not aware of, except for the primary involvement of the Tsar of Russia and his family.

That is correct, but with a small addition if I may. "Guard" yes, but also to utilize these assets in a professional manner in compliance with the written desires and directives of the Royal Families.

If what Poof talks about is actually connected to the St. Germain Trust, then no matter what Poof, or anyone else states, this is part of the Collateral Accounts and will not pay out to those expecting same, except for the "Freedom" program which is authorized by H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam, as International Treasury Controller and owner of the St Germain Trust.

Hope you do not object to the small corrections.
