What happened to the OITC/Whistleblower
Hi Candace and everyone: Can anyone elaborate about what happened to the OITC?? Candace mentioned recently in a post/channel that the funds were stolen by the Dragon's?
Can we discuss this a bit more or shed some light on it? Where is Whistleblower? How could the Dragon's get away with this? I thought these funds were divinely protected by fleet (in some manner). Part of the reason i want to know is that I have been trying to educate people the OITC
My response is as follows:-
Dear Reader,
I believe you truly deserve a reply to your question as above, which will also enlighten many other readers of Abundanthope.
The OITC is still here and still active. Unfortunately, since the demise of Dr Dam on December 18th 2010, we have had an enormous amount of work to undertake to quickly bring matters into perspective and assist those who are undertaking the investigations on the relevant matters surrounding Dr Dam.
The actual situation revolves around a private company known as ARP-OITC registered apparently in Cambodia. This company has nothing whatsoever to do with the OITC except for the fact that Dr Dam is connected to both the ARP-OITC and the OITC.
The claims against Dr Dam all relate to the private company ARP-OITC whereby it is claimed, but not proven in a court of law, that Dr Dam was utilizing assets of the OITC to fund the ARP-OITC company and the clients of that company. This is something that should not have happened as the assets under the OITC are to be utilized correctly and professionally for the people and countries of the world, not as claimed, private companies belonging, either in part or whole, to individuals connected to the OITC.
There are many funds that have effectively been stolen, which is also under investigation and for which we are unaware at this juncture as to the present situation of such investigations.
In respect of the “Dragons”, it should be fully understood by all that the Dragons were infiltrated many decades ago by the rogue element of the US Intell agency. Over the years they have strengthened that infiltration to a point where they now how persuasive control.
Within the Dragons is Mr Hu, who was asked to leave his post some years ago for his misdemeanors, but he was given the opportunity to nominate his successor. This he did and nominated his daughter to take over from him. Unfortunately, the daughter is worse than the father, thus presenting further problems for the Collateral Accounts and ultimately more control for the rogue element that has infiltrated the Dragons.
This group is know as the White Dragon Society which in fact has no legal connection to the actual Dragon Families or the Dragon Funds. Mr Hu is utilizing is previous position in conjunction with his daughter’s position to unlawfully utilize assets of the Collateral Accounts with the fullest support of the agency infiltrators.
We are also aware that a former officer of the OITC, Keith Scott, is closely working with Mr Hu within this operation, as he was closely associated with Yamaguchi and Keenan of the Italian / Swiss border incident fame in 2009 / 2010, for which there are many articles written by me in the relevant section of the Abundanthope web site.
It is the very same people involved with all these Prosperity Programs you are all reading about through people like Caspar on Fourwinds and other persons who support these unlawful activities against the Collateral Accounts.
They have had opportunities to resolve these issues in the past but have failed many times to exercise those opportunities. Hence why everything is “Blocked” and automatically deposited to the Collateral Accounts, so those waiting for payouts of these Programs will be waiting a very long, long time as we will not give in to these crooks and will not allow them to personally benefit from same at any time.
What many people do not understand, and to be honest we do not expect them to understand, is the fact that this rogue element and the Dragons are actually connected to rogue elements of the US and other Governments as well as other intell agencies, and it is enormous group / operation, in size. It tentacles cover the world and are well entrenched making it extremely difficult for us to counter these operations and bring them to a close, with the subsequent justice being applied.
As I have recently stated to others, it is likened to a David and Goliath situation. We have numbers, but they have an enormous army of people whose interests are money and eventual total control over the world and the people of the world. Although we are tackling the situation we are up against enormous barriers placed before us, but eventually we will win as the truth is on our side and the truth will always prevail.
The present situation in the North of Africa is one we believe to be implemented because the rogue element are now very scared and some are running for cover. They therefore have to slightly divert and show their strength openly, thus their involvement in Libya.
At this stage I will state one very important rule of the UN which all Nations agreed to, that being, “No one Sovereign Nation shall at any time enter the territory of another Sovereign Nation with or for the purpose or deliberate attempt to disrupt, subvert, or otherwise the internal affairs of the other Sovereign Nation, without the due mandate and resolution of the UN”.
As the UN is effectively controlled by the Allied Nations, such resolutions and mandates are a foregone conclusion, whereby it appears to be one law for one and another law for others. It would be far more understandable had the Allies focused on Yemen and Bahrain at the same time as Libya, but they didn’t because Libya was always regarded as part of the axis of evil and Bahrain is a very cooperative Nation towards the Western Allies.
You can not have a dog fight in one country against dictatorship and the introduction of democracy, without having the same fight in another country that also has Dictators running the country. The difference is one country has rarely been dominated by Western influence, whereby the other country has always received Western backing and support irrespective of its Dictatorial Rulers.
The OITC face similar problems as Libya, although they are never brought out publicly. They are always attended to behind the scenes so to speak, quietly and away from the public eye, but they are just as ferocious as any military action by the Allies.
What is going on with the “Dragons” is being attended to in a very direct and positive manner, but it will take time as it is impossible to dislodge and resolve something very quickly after it has taken decades to develop and mature into what we presently see and experience. Ultimately, these people will not win and any successes they have will be short lived, but there is a lot of work involved which is taking an awful amount of our time.
It is for this reason that I have not been able to keep the readers of Abundanthope undated on a regular basis, for which I express my apologies to all of the readers who are concerned.
I will try in the future to make regular contributions so that you are all informed, but priorities must lie with resolving these problems so I respectfully ask for your understanding for the moment.
