Well Gentlemen (or not so Gentle Men) I must have really hit another nail on the head in my last article to receive such abusive and vicious attacks back, especially from Keenan.
I received so many text messages and Skype messages after your responses were posted, it was unbelievable. The best one was from a friend named Peter who works in the finance industry in London, who stated, quote “You have really raised the hairs on the back of the necks of these dogs, and they deserve it, Keenan especially as we know him of old and he is as crooked as they can get. Take care, Peter”.

It is with absolute delight that I write this letter to you. Your publicized letter of January 2nd 2011; has clearly laid out a message, which cannot be ignored. To me, there are two clear messages that will reverberate amongst those who wish to do those at the OITC - harm.
Firstly, the identification of those deliberately sending out misinformation through Rumour Mills News Room; brings to a halt for the most part, their attempts through that source. It is about time!
Secondly their, as well as other's attempts to create and/or sow the seeds of confusion and chaos amongst those working with total dedication in assisting humanity at the OITC; through their attempts to destroy OITC, as it now is; has quite obviously failed. Instead, the OITC and those working within have “circled the wagons” and shown their honour and integrity by “cleaning house” so-to-speak.
To me, making a mistake is not a sign of weakness and a loss of integrity. It is what you do, when you become aware of the problem that will clearly show your true intent and purpose. This is what you can “reasonably” be judged by – the honour and integrity you exhibit in “cleaning house.”
The fact that from the hierarchy on down through the acting head of your organization to each and every one of you working so hard to make the OITC work with integrity and honour in meeting the needs and requirements of humanity, as a whole; shows a ”unity of purpose” that will make others think twice before attacking the OITC again.
I am also in total agreement with distrusting the intent and purpose of those who seem to have changed their intent and purpose from destroying the OITC to supporting it. When you can’t destroy an organization, such as the OITC; what is the next obvious strategy? Certainly, it will involve "ingratiation" and "infiltration."
You may publish this letter in whole or in part, anywhere you see fit to do so.

As is now very apparent, there is a awful lot of “Clouding the real issue” here, so rather than respond to the garbage posted, it is better to get back to the nucleus of the problem, being the Chaisse, Italy / Swiss border incident and the unlawful possession of financial instruments, unlawful attempted smuggling of financial instruments or the intent to smuggle same, across national borders, and similar unlawful acts which has resulted in Yamaguchi, Watanabe, and Alessandro Santi being indicted for trial. Keenan was lucky as he got rid of what he was carrying to another innocent Italian citizen.
Let’s look at the substantial web that Yamaguchi, Watanabe, Keenan and Scott, have woven, remembering that Scott, openly admitted by Yamaguchi, was an advisor to this group at the time which is a “Conflict of Interest” situation, if his claim that he never left the OITC is to be believed.
Below is a list of all the persons or parties involved with Yamaguchi, Watanabe, Keenan, that were involved in one form or another with thios whole Italian situation.
These names have been drawn from the official Italian Police reports and Court documents, all of public record, in the case against Yamaguchi, Watanabe, and Alessandro Santi.

Many (approximate 25 – 30 %) of the above are just “Brokers”, but there are certainly some other interesting names involved, all of which of course are now listed on the Italian Police Computers and in certain cases, possibly on Interpol computers as well.
What a web has been woven and we must remember that these Bonds have been circulating around the world for several years by Yamaguchi and others, yet they have never been successful, whereas if this was genuine, and they (Yamaguchi, Watanabe, Keenan) are genuine, as they claim, they would have no problem walking into any major bank who would welcome them with open arms and would welcome doing business with them. The latter is definitely not the case as we all know, whereby having been caught in the act, so to speak, they now viciously and venomously attack the OITC and some of its senior officers, blaming them also for the arrest and detainment of Dr. Dam. The lengths that these crooks will go to for their sole purpose of destruction and retaliation
As previously stated, we knew nothing about the arrest of Dr. Dam until Monday 21st December when we were notified by the Cambodian Daily newspaper.
It would have been nice, and considered normal, to have received a telephone call from Keith Scott who was in Cambodia, if his claim that he is the most senior officer and still engaged within the OITC is correct; informing us of what had happened and advising us of what action was being undertaken or what action should be undertaken. However, there was nothing, not a sound or a peep, except from the Cambodian Daily who obviously took great pleasure in notifying us. Then, according to the Phnom Penh Post, Keith Scott flees Cambodia (Wednesday 22nd December) only days after Dr. Dam’s arrest.
We are now advised by Kumar in his latest post, quote “Well while you told and Bruno told others that Dr. Dam would never leave prison alive, you might like to know that the truth about Dr. Dam has been established and he is currently under the protection of the Cambodian Prime Minister”, makes a mockery of what Keenan stated in his last post, and in previous postings, quote “YOU SCREAMED FOR YEARS ABOUT OITC'S IMMUNITY AND HOW NO ONE COULD BE ARRESTED OR EVEN DETAINED BECAUSE RAY DAM HAD THIS AND RAY DAM HAD THAT” and “OK SO NO IMMUNITY. YOU LIED TO EVERYONE AS I STATED FROM THE BEGINNING”. Now who is lying Keenan.
I also ask why is it that Dr Dam executed an agreement with Mr Dal Bosco, dated 16th March 2010, which acknowledges and confirms all that I have stated on this matter, plus there are copies of other communications from Dr Dam which clearly identifies that he was fully aware of the situation at all times and consented to the retrieval of the Bonds and the use thereof, thereafter. The answer is probably because Dr Dam, being the International Treasury Controller, clearly knew all about these Bonds and knew that they should not be circulating within the commercial markets, and knew that the Dragon Funds were part of the Collateral Accounts. So please, let’s cut out the BS, misrepresentation, misinformation, and unwarranted threats from people like Keenan, because that, as stated before actually clouds the real issue here.
I will also refer to a statement in Kumar’s latest article, quote “Keenan and Scott have teamed up “. That, dear sir, is old news, remember it is already known, by the written admittance of Yamaguchi back in mid 2010, that Scott was their advisor, meaning he was advisor to that group of Yamaguchi, Watanabe, Keenan.
Kumar, you do not know 0.1% of what there is to know, and what you do know is relayed to you by Scott, or you are Scott. Just because you had a meeting with Dr.Dam and Scott in early November doesn’t mean they disclosed the truth to you, it doesn’t mean that you know everything, and it certainly doesn’t mean that you are an authority on this subject. Far from it, one needs years of working in it to know the truth and you sir, are just a ship passing in the night fooled by the deceitful words of Scott. There are many, like you, who have been that route before and now live to regret it.
You see there is an awful lot of misrepresentation and misinformation being thrown around to “Cloud” the real issue, and an awful amount of unjustified and unwarranted statements, and threats, being made without any form of proof beyond all reasonable doubt.
What you, and I am referring to both Keenan and Kumar, do not understand is that Mr. Sale and his team, which includes myself, were 100% totally loyal to Dr. Dam, and it was that which Scott was immensely jealous and acrimonious about as well as the success achieved in the 2 ½ years from when Scott left the OITC.
I also have to ask the question as to why Scott has found it necessary to justify himself, through you Kumar, revealing to you information that is highly confidential to the OITC, so that you can promote and show, through the community boards, what Scott has done and his abilities, etc. Self praise is never an honourable act at all.
Neither Mr. Sale, nor I, has found the need to do that at any time, because we just get on with our job, advising the public, undertaking the protection of the assets of the Collateral Accounts and ensuring that same is used for the benefit of the people of the world. We don’t ask for praise or congratulations, even though we do receive same from Dr. Dam as well as the general public. In fact we are quite modest types of persons with no aspirations whatsoever to rise in status, as we are too old for that childish game. However, we do appreciate and understand that there are those in the world for whom it doesn’t matter what the have got, they always want more and they will go to all lengths to achieve that, even if that means destroying others in the process by lying and cheating, just like Yamaguchi, Watanabe, Keenan, and now Scott.
Keenan also accuses us of murder, complicity to murder of Joe Bendana, and complicity to take over the OITC in conjunction with someone called Bruno. May I ask, who the hell is Bendana and Bruno because we have never met them, never had any communication with them either directly or indirectly, never associated with them, never been referenced to them or vice versa, never been introduced to them or vice versa, and never heard of them until you Keenan referred to them in several of your venomous articles.
You really must be out of your mind when making such unwarranted, unjustified and unsubstantiated defamatory and libelous statements. Your suppositions and conjecture are way out of line here, and you know it, but it appears that this is part of your destructive tactics and a major part of your character.
Your aim is to destroy, and you, like others, will do anything to achieve that aim, and I mean anything. You, together with others that we have named, will destroy the OITC and everyone in it given the chance, but we will not allow you, or your devious, unscrupulous associates, to do that Keenan.
By the way Keenan, have you paid the money back that you took from others in your attempts to sell the Bonds etc to those persons, when you did not have possession or legal title to the Bonds, etc. It is your responsibility, not Yamaguchi’s or anyone else, just yours, as it was you who entered into the legally binding agreements with these people and it is you who is legally responsible, no one else.
Perhaps that is another reason as to why you are so venomous and destructive because you no longer have any money and are now in a fix. Poor you.
Even VKD is jumping on the bandwagon here. Don’t get too comfortable in your own depositions when using lies, suppositions and the conjectures of others for your own articles and to support your own little stories.
I will leave it at that for now as I am busy putting together the article reference to the Global Agreement and several other documents, which will shock many people of the world and open up this whole sordid, conspiracy, situation that has been woven over the past 30 years to the detriment of the whole world.
If I get Hung, Drawn, and Quartered, for it I don’t care because when the people find out the truth they in turn will hang, draw, and quarter, all those responsible for this mess and financial subservience this world is in, which in well in the process of total collapse.
