Below is an article I have written based upon recent and disturbing actions incurred by the OITC which, in my opinion, should be openly displayed to the people of AH and the public to show them the sort of unwarranted and deliberate interference we experience, together with the type of threats we receive when doing our work to assist countries to develop and gain their freedom and independence from the domination of the wealthier Nations of the world's society.

WHISTLEBLOWER: ................WHAT EVERYONE SHOULD BE ACUTELY AWARE OF WHICH PREVENTS / RESTRICTS OUR OPERATIONS TO ASSIST THIRD WORLD AND DEVELOPING NATIONS.

Most of the responsible and normal people of the world will fully appreciated the fact that over the last 3 - 4 decades the gap between rich and poor has widened exponentially thus driving more and more people throughout the world into the realms of poverty.
Such poverty, even with the meager contributions made by various Nations throughout the world to reduce same, can not be effectively utilized, controlled, or maintained on short, medium, or long term strategies to bring significant change to the ever increasing numbers of people entering poverty.

This plight of the people, or, severe blight on the human landscape, can not be tackled sufficiently without massive injections of finance, and long term strategies that will create employment, increase living standards, and increase National standards, etc.

People of the world should be made abundantly aware of the major obstacles and opposition that we at the OITC have to confront, and which are directed at us, every single day of the week, when exercising our directives and objectives to assist every Nation and every person of the world.

Two very significant issues that most people will be able to easily relate to are Haiti, for which our assistance offer of $200 billion USD did not even receive an official response from the President of Haiti, and, Pakistan where again our offer of assistance was first accommodated with a request for "substantial Pocket Money" and then, following our refusal to accommodate same, total silence from the Presidential Office.

There are several other examples that could be shown, but the aforementioned examples are those more vivid in people's minds at this moment in time because of the enormous scale of these disasters.

To openly show to everyone the type of deliberate interference which happens, I am copying across the disturbing content of an email received at this office on the 23rd September 2010 from one of our people in Africa. To protect our person there and his colleagues as well as protecting the specific country from embarrassment, I have "sanitized" the names involved which does not affect the content of the email. Additionally, the content could well be applicable to any other country whether in Africa or anywhere else in the world:-

I have just received the most alarming phone call from XXXXXXXXX out of Namibia.

He is to travel to XXXXXXXXX on Monday coming to educate me on the risk I have apparently been taking by forwarding your invitation of interaction between the OITC and the XXXXXXX. There seems to be some form of security watch dog who is after my blood for passing on the letters from yourselves to XXXXX ..........

Have I missed something here?

The original intent here was to raise funding for the erecting of homes in XXXXX, as far as I can re-collect, what has flown since then is letters between yourself, myself and XXXX to make an offer to the XXXXXX government of social commitment funding for infrastucturing of their country].

During this process have I overlooked something?

Is there some form of international law that would prohibit the letters you have written to the XXXXXXX from happening? or is there anybody who we could have upset in this process? or something that I should have not been doing.

Scared and frightened appears to be an understatement here. Our man there was writing to inform us of what was happening because he did not understand what was going on.

If you notice he is fearful that he has done something wrong, which in fact is not the case because he has neither done, nor undertaken anything, that would be considered or construed as abnormal or unlawful. He has undertaken his instructions with the greatest of perfection, professionalism and attentiveness, only to be confronted by what can only be described as threats from a party, or parties, that are determined to keep this particular country in servitude so that they can continue, unabated, to exploit the country and its mineral wealth for their own benefits (Refer our Video Presentation - Africa), irrespective of the fact of how such exploitation maintains and increases the levels of extreme poverty there.

Neither is there any International Law that prohibits the OITC from writing and offering substantial assistance to any country anywhere in the world. On the contrary, there are laws that prevent and prohibit such actions by this referred to "Security Watchdog", which in our opinion can only be from an Intelligence Agency that maintains control in Africa over many Governments, Ministers, Heads of State, and Nations for the real purpose of exploitation thus rendering those countries as being impotent and unable to exploit their own mineral wealth for the betterment of their own civilization.

Without any doubt whatsoever, this is an absolutely disgraceful state of affairs, and one that every person in the world should be acutely aware of.

Such activities affect every single person in this world equally as much as those countries being exploited, albeit in a different manner. In respect of the latter issue I am referring to the fact that people pay taxes of which a part thereof is paid to such countries in Africa, and other countries in the world, as Aid / Grants. Additionally your taxes are also used to fund separate Government Aid operations which operate as sub-Government Agencies.

Just think of how your taxes could be reduced per year, IF the OITC were allowed to function in the manner that we should do, and are directed to do, which is that as written into numerous Treaties / Conventions.

What we see here is the existence of Colonialism operated under different auspices, not by military means. The existence of and continued domination of weaker countries by a select few Wealthier Nations, for the sole purpose of exploitation and control.

One really needs to ask as to whether we are as civilized as we claim within this the 21st Century, or merely the same as our great ancestors but a little bit more refined and devious in the way we do things to obtain and maintain such control.

At the same time, we at the OITC and those persons who work with us or in conjunction with us, should NOT be subjected, at any time, to such unwarranted actions and threats.

I respectfully ask that all persons reading this consider the fact that it could be you, or a member of your family, that received, or were confronted by these unwarranted actions and threats. How would you feel ......... probably the same as our person handling that particular country ......... scared and fearful, questioning yourself as to whether you have done something wrong.

To make you feel guilty and showing fear is one method these unscrupulous parties use in the hope that you will withdraw from your activities, thus leaving them in peace to continue their exploitation of the weaker countries.

In one similar situation, in the Caribbean, that we are fully aware of and which involves a prominent member of the AH Team, similar activities occurred combined with highly insulting behaviour by the Secretary of the President of that country, followed by the police who strongly, in a verbal manner, requested that the AH person (acting for the OITC with full authority) remove himself from the area.

It appears that our Governments, or many Governments throughout the world, are no different to the Mafia Criminal Gangs that exist around the world, but they have, and need, different labels such as Intelligence Agency, Foreign Aid Programs, etc, to show a more respectable face for their disgraceful activities, to the naïve and unsuspecting public.
