I have a question for Whistleblower and the others involved in this back and forth.
You have proclaimed the OITC a legal, valid organization. You have said its power derives from the UN. You have said that you do the work of heaven which would give you the protection of whatever god you believe in.
So, why do you feel the need to bury us in all this dirty laundry? It only serves to bring the OITC into disrepute.

In a way I totally agree with your comments. The whole story has gone from one of interesting and constructive informative news to degradation and boring because it has become personal and vindictive.
However, please allow me to look at it from a different perspective. The relevance of the OITC and the Collateral Accounts to the whole world is little understood / comprehended by the majority of persons on this planet.
The Secrecy factors that surround us together with the deliberate suppression of the truth and real facts have been a major stumbling block in allowing the world and its people to understand. Most people in the world just get on with their lives in the best way that they can and generally accept what the people in power do and say, whether it is the truth or just plain simple lies, as they do not have any alternatives.
What people do not understand is that the OITC and the Collateral Accounts are real not an illusion or a figment of the imagination. The purpose is also real and will take away the power of the corrupt and the power hunger that exists in society today which suppresses people and make them subservient. There is an alternative which will change people’s lives for the better. They would not be exploited as they are now, there would be no poverty, most diseases would be eradicated, the world’s eco-systems would be far more balanced, etc, etc, etc. Unfortunately, the long term suppression of a good factor has led to the strength of the evil that exists in our world today.
This saga has been allowed to be played out on the community boards to allow people to realise just what is happening in the world to suppress this alternative, and ridicule those who are determined to bring this alternative into being. The theft, the plunder, the unlawful use of the assets of the Collateral Accounts, the deliberate discrediting of people by those who are determined to continue hiding the truth of the Collateral Accounts, as so on, can not be allowed to continue. As the OITC gains its strength from its achievements and its following, the power hunger and greed of others diminishes.
Even inside the OITC we have infiltrators who are determined to block everything or undertake matters that will only benefit themselves or a few.
What you are seeing should be considered as an education for you and many others in the world because unless you are educated you and others will just carry on regardless living your own life as you desire and ignoring the plight of others and the damage to the world that the power hungry and greedy few have caused.
At the same time, we have a legal right to defend ourselves against such unfounded and unsubstantiated vicious / venomous accusations provided we provide the facts / evidence showing our innocence, which we have. Those who have attempted to discredit us have only shown contempt of the truth and contempt for everyone in the world, with accusations unsupported by any evidence.
What some of the readers do not understand, and I say this respectfully, is the high degree of relevance all this has to correcting the financial problems of the world, but not just financial, the eco-systems and the general balance of the world. This is not a superficial subject matter, a one day wonder story printed one day and gone the next.
This is your future, your family’s future, and the future of everyone on this planet, even though you probably do not realise it at this moment in time.
The OITC, and the many genuine ones amongst us are strong enough to take all of this, whereby in the future no one will even remember it. It is a blip on the screens so to speak, but it is one with a very high relevance to the future, your future and the future of everyone else.
I will say, again respectfully, if for some reason you are bored, or can not stand anymore of it, then pass it by and move onto other articles, but don’t distract others who do take an interest and show their interest by writing to us in substantial numbers.

Finally, I would like to attend to Reader D who twisted my last response reference to a previous article by Kumar stating that Dr. Ray Dam was out of jail and at his home under the protection of the Prime Minister of Cambodia, for which the Phnom Penh Post subsequently ridiculed Kumar’s statement a few days later, clearly evidencing that Dr. Dam was still in prison and applying for release on the basis of House Arrest whilst investigations were continuing.
I focused on the above factor only in my response, and had no intention of bringing into the equation any personal feelings of concern or sympathy as it was not relevant to the point being made.
Such twisting and manipulation by Reader D of the intent of my response was totally uncalled for, but it does also appear Reader D has a very vindictive character and the type of person who is always right even when he is wrong. It is that type of person who needs to be pitied because they deny the truth and know not what they do
