To be honest I was pondering as to whether to reply to these ridiculous and vicious articles or not. In the end I decided I would because no one, and I mean no one, should have to tolerate such garbage and deliberate, acrimonious, assaults to their character that these articles deliver.
In fact I am indeed surprised that these articles got past the administrator because they are full of serious allegations with absolutely no proof whatsoever evidenced by these very bitter and jealous people. I am also in agreement with the writer who asked a short while back as to “why this is being played out on this board”. I believe the answer to this point is staring us right in the face, which is that these goons do not have another arena to play this out and what is better than a public internet community board to discredit someone or something.
I will, as I believe there is a need, reiterate the fact that such abrasive and vicious articles are acting as a diversion from the real situation being that Keenan, Scott, Watanabe, and Yamaguchi were all involved in the Italian / Swiss border incident attempting to smuggle stolen assets of the Collateral Accounts across national borders for the purpose of committing Fraud, for which Yamaguchi and Watanabe absconded from Italy thus evading justice, leaving a 73 year old Italian to face an 18 month prison sentence, subject to trial, for complicity.
Having been caught totally exposed, they are deliberately diverting the blame onto others, by directing false and highly malicious allegations against a person who was only doing his job, and against myself and others who fully support the protection of the assets of the Collateral Accounts and use of same for the benefit of the people of the world, which is a situation that one of those persons (Scott) has totally and miserably failed to do in all the 13 years of his presence at the OITC. In fact he has encouraged such acts and joined in with the unlawful acts for his own financial betterment. He has previously undermined us and our work, just as he has undermined Dr Dam.
Readers will recall that I stated that Scott no longer worked with the OITC having left, very fast, in March 2008 following his name being released by FSB (Russian Intelligence Services) as being involved with Joseph Lukomovich who operated a scam that saw $140 million USD being paid by the Ukrainian and Belarus Governments in “Up Front Fees” for project financing that never transpired.
Scott’s leaving in March 2008 was notified to us by Dr. Dam approximately 1 week later. This did not surprise us because in the commercial world Scott would not have lasted 2 years let alone the 13 years that he claimed that position by successfully lying his way through life by always blaming others for his own misfortunes.
There are several extracts and copies of emails below that clearly show a good, strong, cooperative and understanding working relationship between Dr Dam and David Sale (relevant sections highlighted) which Scott was highly envious of, but more to the point the rogue CIA were very concerned about because Dr Dam had slipped out of their control.
There is one email below dated 21st Oct 2009 (3rd paragraph) in which Dr. Dam informed us that Scott was attempting to come back into the OITC:-

KS’s attitude was one of always being negative and demanding that he Handled matters. As you know, it was shortly after that when I contacted you and sought to deal direct with you and not through KS. You approved this. Yes, we are now with great success and secrecy info and you have done well.
Obviously this upset KS because of his 3 different attempts to sabotage the proposed Russia transaction. For sure he cannot do any things to destroy us till now and he wants to come back too, but I did not reply.
In respect of the one attempt through Joseph Lukomovich. The above are just a miniscule amount of communications between Dr Dam and David Sale. There are many, many more all portraying the same professionalism, respect, and coordination between Dr Dam and David Sale.
My opinion is either that Dr Dam is lying in what he states in all the above communications and many more held on file, or Keith Scott is lying. On that subject I know who I believe and it certainly isn’t Scott who is a compulsive liar and a very devious person.
Scott has to try to destroy David Sale as the latter is the one who caught Scott in the act and knows exactly what he is up to, and what he has been up to over many years, even though others have tended to turn a blind eye.

You are an arrogant, devious, twisted, and mentally distorted person who can not accept it when he is proven by others have been acting unlawfully with assets of the Collateral Accounts.

I will now correct Scott on one issue. David Sale was only an Emissary in the few years following 2004. David Sale was promoted to Special Global Envoy to Dr Dam in, I believe 2007, following a decision of Dr Dam, so do not attempt to downgrade this person for your own distorted benefit, as seen with various statements of yours. To attempt to demean someone in such a manner can only be described as the lowest of the low, but as we all know, that sort of talk can be expected of you.
I will now refer to another issue of the current position of David Sale. Those who empowered the person (meaning the hierarchy) are the very persons who requested that David Sale take over as Caretaker of the OITC for the time being until the issue with Dr Dam had been resolved. David Sale agreed to this on the basis of protecting the OITC. His first order was to revoke all agreements / appointments effectively made by you even though they were executed by Dr Dam, so it had to be covered as Dr Dam and Scott to be legally correct. That way, neither you nor any of your appointees could continue to do damage to the OITC or anyone else working with the OITC. We are also fully aware that you are informing people to ignore this order and that you are still in charge. Scott, you are not in charge as the hierarchy did not ask you to take over as Caretaker. Secondly, your appointment has been suspended by David Sale quite legally and above board
You, Scott have been informed by those who empowered the person, back in early November apparently, that your services were no longer required and Dr Dam was apparently informed, by the very same persons who empowered the person, to rid himself of all CIA operatives around him, including you Scott, but you still can not accept the fact that it was David Sale that the hierarchy approached and not you. You Scott are nothing to do with the OITC as of the 8th March 2008 when you voluntarily left, but officially from 21st December 2010 under the official order of same date, or until such time as the hierarchy decide otherwise.
You are blaming David Sale for all of this, when you can only blame yourself as it is plainly obvious that those who empowered the person knew exactly what you were and the destructive force you have exerted upon the OITC. I can inform you that we were not made aware of these facts until very recently, whereby said facts did not come as any surprise to us at all because we have experience of you.
David Sale doesn’t want you job or Dr Dam’s job as is abundantly clear with the above referenced email communication between him and Dr Dam dated 21st October 2009, and there are two more written communications between Dr Dam and David Sale on that issue and of similar content. He is a very modest person and was even very reluctant to accept the position of Deputy Chief of the Cabinet, and that is there in plain English for all to see, but you Scott want to twist things around to your own liking and your own benefit, because you didn’t consider the fact that we do everything in writing whereas you deliberately use the telephone so that at any time in the future you can deny what you have stated.
There was a very good relationship between Dr Dam and David Sale until you came back on the scene in approximately March 2010. You were extremely jealous and commenced your acrimonious actions almost immediately. Now we know the reasons why, i). Because you thought that your unlawful actions with Yamaguchi and Keenan would be overlooked if you were back in control and also controlling Dr Dam. ii). because your own controllers were concerned that the OITC was becoming too well known publicly and that their hold on the OITC was slipping away. Fortunately for the world you did not anticipate the strength of character held by David Sale and the rest of his many teams, including myself.
You may have found it easy to manipulate and control Dr Dam, but you found it impossible to manipulate or control David Sale, so in your mind and that of your own controllers, David Sale has to go, or be deposed, whereby discrediting him with lies and character assassinations was your modus operandi. You set about attempting to frame him for all sorts of things to achieve your goal and you are still continuing same in a venomous manner. Let it be known that the OITC is far better off without you and your continuous stream of lies and deceit
What about the time, in the first quarter of 2010, when you stated to Wolter Kok that the OITC was not dealing with David Sale and his teams anymore. We do not see any official letter from Dr Dam at the time, or at any later date, dismissing David Sale and giving the reasons for same. This is another of your destructive statements that you can, and probably will deny ever making and poor Wolter, who is suffering badly from cancer, will be made to appear the liar. Even Andreas Jaruwak didn’t trust you. Unfortunately he is mysteriously deceased now so he can not speak to confirm this. There are others within the OITC who distrust you and do not want anything to do with you, so we are not standing out like a sore thumb as being the only ones that hold suspicion and distrust of you.
The problem is that Dr Dam could not see through you as well as others could, and he now suffers from the Scott syndrome, in your own quest to take over the OITC so that your controllers, the rogue CIA, can finally gain control over the world’s wealth. You should also not under-estimate our knowledge of the world’s wealth or what you are doing in respect of some depositories in the Philippines.

Allow me now to attend to the monstrosity known as Neil Keenan.
To steal something from anyone means that you are stealing something that another person has legal title to. You did not have legal title to those Certificates or bonds, neither did Yamaguchi, yet you viciously accuse Mr Dal Bosco of stealing from you. You handed those Certificates and Bonds to Mr Dal Bosco because you were absolutely scared of being arrested. You also knew that Mr Dal Bosco was naïve and innocent of such specialist financial instruments. Fortunately Mr Dal Bosco has friends who knew otherwise and advised him to contact us.
You accuse us of collaborating with someone who you refer to as Bruno. There is no one referred to as Bruno in the Agreement executed by Dr Dam. We do not know of any Bruno and have no business relationship with anyone by the name of Bruno. This is all a fantasy in your mind to cast blame onto others for your own crimes.
You are also accusing us of murder, or complicity in murder, of Joe Bendana. I suggest you place all the evidence you have on this, in support of your allegation, on this Community Board for all to see. That evidence should be very easily obtained from the Police Department in the location of Bendana’s residence. Funnily enough I have a sneaky suspicion that the Police evidence will not support your allegations against us. I also ask as to why the Police Department, in conjunction with the American Courts and Interpol, subject to your claims having any credibility whatsoever; have not sought warrants of arrest for murder, or complicity in murder, based upon good factual evidence beyond all reasonable doubt. Our own investigation via a very good lawyer in the States indicates that the Police have no evidence as to whom committed this crime, but you Keenan have to pin it on something and how convenient that the OITC and Mr Dal Bosco just happened to have a dispute with you at the time……… How convenient it was for you to purposely and deliberately link the whole thing together and allow you to publicly throw accusations around.
You are a danger, not only to yourself but to everyone you come in contact with. The proverbial liar who wouldn’t know the truth if it hit you right in the face. You can collude with Scott if you wish on the basis that “Birds of a Feather Flock together”.

Sir, we fully appreciate that you and the majority of people will be unaware of the relevance of this issue to the whole world. Let me just state that had the assets of the Collateral Accounts been utilized correctly over decades, the world as we see it and experience it today would not be in the catastrophic state it is currently in. You, for one, amongst many millions, would not be paying so much in taxes, there would be little, or possibly no poverty in the world, the debt creating financial systems would not be in existence, disease in third world and developing countries would be largely eradicated, it is doubtful that any of the wars around the world since 1945 would have actually happened, plus many more factors that humans suffer from today.
