WHISTLEBLOWER ………. UPDATE ………….FOUNDATION X IS NOW REVEALED ALONG WITH THE PERSON(S) BEHIND IT ALL……….

Please allow me to post the update below in respect of the infamous Lord James and Foundation X.
On the grounds that certain information has been revealed by the Main Stream Press of the UK (Daily Mirror and Sunday Times) regarding the person behind the “no strings attached” offer of $22 bill USD to help bail out the UK economy, I am now able to reveal further information.
The name of the infamous FOUNDATION X, is FOUNDATION DIVINE which is the Primary Foundation over all other Trusts and Foundation of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility.
As previously stated several times, the Collateral Accounts are held under H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam, as Legal Heir, Owner and Sole Arbiter / the OITC.
Mr Alan Barr (aka Alan Ashbourne, aka Alan Mann) is a haulage contractor under a company known as GXO Ltd (A £100 Pound company registered in the UK) of which he and Mr. Stanilas Czetwertynski are joint shareholders / directors.
The scam attempted by Mr Alan Barr on, and in, the UK has been attempted at least twice before by Alan Barr in the Ukraine and Poland, for which the latter attempt is still being investigated by the Polish Police.
Mr Alan Barr is known to us, in far more depth now than previously, and is regarded as a devious character with a degree of plausibility about him. He is a maverick and dabbles in the Financial World as a Broker. In 20 years of his “Dabbling” he has, to our knowledge, not been successful with one transaction, which is not at all surprising by the manner in which he attends to such matters.
An additional problem of this whole scenario is not so much with Alan Barr, but with the people who are behind him and instruct him (His Handlers) to undertake these financial escapades for highly dubious and destructive reasons. We are fully aware of the identity of these people whereby investigations are continuing at the highest possible level. The status and positions of these people is quite alarming in itself, whereby I would personally refer to them as “TRAITORS” to their “Sovereign” and to the people.
This is the part we, regretfully at this juncture, can not disclose because of the ongoing intensive investigations. . It is however very strange that at least one, possibly two, people who work behind the scenes with Alan Barr, are actually connected, again behind the scenes, with the Chaisse, Italy escapade by Yamaguchi, Watanabe, Keenan, Bush, Cheney, Clinton, Gen Alexander, and Gen. Myers, in June 2009 who were in unlawful possession of Financial Instruments, the former two persons being arrested and criminally charged.
Neither Alan Barr, nor any of his associates, and there are quite a number of them, are authorised, or hold any authority whatsoever, to act for, speak on behalf of, or conduct business on behalf of the OITC, whereby his unsuccessful attempts in the UK, Ukraine, and Poland correctly exhibits his total naivety and inexperience in the subject matter. Fortunately for the UK someone in Government was more alert than many others whereby their own investigations allowed them to realise that Alan Barr was just a conman, a trickster of dubious character.
This is seen in the fact that even Lord James was fooled by Alan Barr, who by the way, used one of his aliases when making contact with Lord James.
Isn’t it a pity that Lord James, as with many other people around the world, fail to follow the simplest of rules which are to ask for identification and seek verification of such identification before they make fools of themselves, publicly. This is far more prominent when attending to situations / organisations, such as the OITC, whose status is so high that anyone, especially Lord James, should automatically understand that the highest attentiveness to detail of verification is applied at all times.
I can also state that the purported / claimed representatives of FOUNDATION DIVINE whom met with Lord James, are NOT part of FOUNDATION DIVINE or the OITC, are not legally authorised representatives of the OITC and have no authority whatsoever to act for, speak on behalf of, or even represent themselves as legitimate representatives.
This brings us on to the “Ghost” operations previously referred to in my last posting.
All the evidence available to us, leads us to believe that this was a “Ghost” operation undertaken by “Black ops” to actually discredit the OITC. This is not an unusual act at all and one we are accustomed to. Such acts are designed to actually destroy the OITC based upon its success within the last 2 ½ years, whereby the general public need to quickly understand that these “Black ops” are designed to maintain an existing corrupt system and the corrupt people / cabal involved, by attempting to destroy, or seriously discredit, an alternative that frees people from the chains of subservience and debt, poverty and disease, monetary slavery and monetary warfare, plus other factors.
Such successes by the OITC can only, and eventually, lead to the downfall of the existing corrupt and criminal cabal who are desperately trying to prevent the implementation of the “Global Agreement” which would in due course lead to the demise of the Fiat and Debt creating financial system that currently reigns, together with the people involved in same, which is a system that has placed millions of people across the world, into the realm of despair. One only needs to look at Iceland, Greece, Ireland and possibly Portugal, Spain, and of course America, with others to follow.
There may, at a later date, be further updates to publish once all investigations are completed. I will endeavour to keep everyone posted on this matter.
