Please be kind enough to post the following article for me and as promised to everyone following my “Notice” of non-association of the OITC to the infamous Lord James of Blackheath and Foundation X.

To assist people in how they interpret the following one could utilize “Identity Theft” as a comparison or similarity.
The following is based upon actual situations, not an example, whereby one must also take into full consideration the vast wealth held within these Trusts / Foundations, to be able to understand why these situations arise and the various methodologies applied by the crooks to gain access to this wealth of the World.

Let us just take a legitimate Foundation / Trust, such as the ST. GERMAIN TRUST with a board of Trustees / Foundation Managers. Note: The name of the ST GERMAIN TRUST is used as an example only.
The Trustees / Foundation Managers are infiltrated by a “Rogue”. This usually happens when an existing Trustee / Foundation Manager becomes deceased or mentally incapable of holding the position of Trustee / Foundation Manager.
The “Rogue”, over a period of time, slowly and carefully converts the other Trustees / Foundation Managers into thinking that they could make far better use of the assets of the Trust / Foundation to assist a particular sections, or sections, of the world’s society, as well as gaining personally from such moves.
What the other Trustees / Foundation Managers do not know, and never know, is that this particular section, or sections, of the world’s society is usually pre-established and is in fact aligned to “Covert Black Ops”.
The other Trustees / Foundation Managers eventually become converted and agree to the proposals by the “Rogue”.
The “Rogue”, through his “Controllers” set the ball in motion.
A Trust / Foundation is then established / incorporated with exactly the same name as the genuine Trust / Foundation, within a completely different “Off Shore” domicile (Note: This is quite legal and is undertaken on a regular basis throughout the world).. This may have been, and usually would have been, pre-planned and undertaken some years earlier whereby a simple “Change of Name”, usually backdated, would be applicable, applying the simplest of actions to conclude the establishment of a“Ghost” Trust / Foundation.
A Bank is then required to establish “Banking” facilities for the “Ghost” Trust / Foundation. This usually creates no problems because a “Controlled” bank within a suitable “Off Shore” domicile (There are literally hundreds of such banks in the Caribbean) would be selected. Without naming such banks, I will utilise the example of the infamous “CROZIER BANK” within the Caribbean, and BCCI Bank, that many people will remember.
At this stage the “Rogue” and his / her “Controllers”, now have a Trust / Foundation and a Bank, all undertaken quite legally, fully legalized and legitimate in its structure.
The Trustees / Foundation Managers of the “Original” ST GERMAIN TRUST” are now Trustees / Foundation Managers of the “GHOST” ST GERMAIN TRUST.
Two entirely different legal entities, but both deliberately the same in their structure and formation, as well as being both fully legal.
All that is needed now is the Trust / Foundation constitutional documents and the assets.
The “Original” ST GERMAIN TRUST constitutional documentation, an internal document of the Trust, would not normally show, or describe, its legal Head Office, or Constitutional Offices, so the same set of constitutional documents could be used for both the “Original” ST GERMAIN TRUST and the “GHOST” ST GERMAIN TRUST.
If there was a reference within the constitutional documents of the “Original” ST GERMAIN TRUST as to the constitutional office address, a simple internal alteration / deletion would be implemented to render them usable by the “GHOST” ST GERMAIN TRUST.
(Note: This is the stage where the first sight of unlawfulness or illegality appears, but one which fully appears legal and legitimate and not noticeable).
So now there is a Trust / Foundation, a Bank, and the constitutional documentation. For all intent and purposes, even to an eagle eyed lawyer, everything would appear, and be legally verified, normal and legitimate, complete with a false Banking reference.
(Note: The Banking reference is the second nominal unlawful or illegal act that appears, but usually covered by a high degree of vagueness yet still confirming that the Trust / Foundation is a valued client of this bank and has conducted its financial affairs in a proper professional manner).
All that remains now is the assets, which as Trustees / Foundation Managers, they have access to. This is where the visible and primary unlawful or illegal acts become apparent, but only to those other persons who have an in-depth knowledge of fact relating to the “Original” ST GERMAIN TRUST.
To the law enforcement agencies, eagle eyed lawyers, or similar, even at this stage nothing appears to be untoward, suspicious, or unlawful.
The Trustees / Foundation Managers then unlawfully take, from the “Original” ST GERMAIN TRUST, assets such as usable / bankable Gold, Silver, Platinum Bullion Certificates, specific bonds such as the Japanese 57 bonds, or other usable / bankable assets and place them against / within the Bank Account of the “GHOST” ST GERMAIN TRUST held within an “Off Shore Bank”. It is worthy to mention here that the “Off Shore Bank” is usually a branch, or subsidiary of a major world rated bank, so that verification and Swift Wire procedures can be conducted through the Head Offices of the major world rated bank from a suitable and recognised western banking centre such as London, Zurish, Geneva, Frankfurt, New York, Paris, Austria, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Singapore, etc.
All this being completed, which by the way does not take too much time to establish, everything is then in place to commence the fraudulent activities that result from the above structure.
The Trustees / Foundation Managers of the “GHOST” Trust / Foundation, being the very same Trustees / Foundation Managers of the “Original” Trust / Foundation, then arrange from the Banking network a “Credit Line” facility against the assets they have stolen from the “Original” Trust / Foundation.
It is that “Credit Line” which is then used in a “MTM or PP Trade Program” or similar, generating substantial returns for the “GHOST” Trust / Foundation.
Officially, such returns are to be utilised against approved projects, but this part, or factor, is so grossly and abhorrently abused that such projects are over-priced, structured in such a way that the“GHOST” Trust / Foundation take a substantial shareholding in the project, carry an extortionate administration charge, carry extortionate professional fees such as Banking, Legal Fees etc, or just plainly the projects are fabricated and never actually undertaken, or simply the project makes substantial profits which are then utilised again and again.
The money, generated from the Trade Program, is ultimately siphoned off to accounts in smaller banks, usually under corporate names, or the names of other legally fabricated Trusts / Foundations, and utilised for personal gain or in some cases “Black Ops”.
These operations continue for a substantial time and are continued further by the same usage of“GHOST” Trusts / Foundations, and even corporations, whereby comments similar to those made by Lord James, quote “The wealth is generated from their commercial activities over decades” tend to be correct, but what is not stated is that the “Original” underlying source of funds derives from criminal or unlawful activities.
The difficulties for any Law Enforcement Agency is investigating backwards through decades, or even in some cases 100 + years, of Trust, Foundation, Banking, Administrative records, if such records are in existence, which is very doubtful, as National Laws allow for the discarding and destruction of such records after a few years (sometimes 5 years, but also 10-12 years) or certainly in compliance with the Law of Limitation Acts.

I have attempted to keep this explanation in its simplest form so that people can easily understand the general formulas utilised within, and for such unlawful operations. One factor should be remembered which is that these structures are utilised over many years, usually decades to add authenticity to the operation, either in the singular form or a more complex inter-linking form.
If any person does not quite understand the above, they are free to write to me with any questions on same, whereby I will endeavour to answer same in a manner for ease of understanding.

Utilisation herein does not imply any unlawful or illegal activities of the Trust or any of its Trustees, or is intended to imply any unlawful or illegal activities of the Trust or any of its Trustees.
