Please allow me to respond to Reader D’s article, as referenced below, posted to RMN on 19th January 2011. This has not yet been sent to RMN.

You say you stopped working but you didn’t leave. Isn’t that a contradictory statement in it self. In law when a person stops working he / she has voluntarily failed to adhere to his / her Contract of Employment, or Contract for Employment, whereby your employer holds no obligations or liabilities to you as of the date that you stopped work Equally you hold no further obligations to your employer as of said date.
However, pray tell us why you stopped work, was it because you were not paid for the work you had undertaken, whereby you would only return, if that was at all possible, to your employment when you were paid the money owed to you for previous work undertaken. Are you assuming that you would be required to return?????
My writings in respect of the Ukraine and Belarus, dear man, are based upon facts, and are factually accurate in all respects, which are evidenced by original documentation of Government, or Government Authorities, not suppositions or conjecture, as you claim.
Your claims are based upon personal opinions, hearsay, and conjecture and as such factually incorrect.
FSB have all this on record so I do not have to defend myself, or anyone else on this issue to you or anyone else. At the same time even Dr Dam admits that he knew nothing about this issue, which is not surprising as these matters are carried out behind his back.
The facts are, as they will always be because they are official, on record and held in the records of the FSB; are that Lukomovich cracked under interrogation and sang like a bird. Whether Scott, as a confirmed CIA operative, or anyone else will openly admit to their involvement with Lukomovich or not is another matter and one that would normally come to light in a court of law, but the facts, official facts, are facts of record and admissible as evidence.
Unfortunately the FSB do not bother with creating further expense for the Russian taxpayer when it involves foreigners as they attend to the matter internally and in different ways.
The documents that Lukomovich was carrying also had the signature of Scott and Dr Dam on them but they were vastly different to the official OITC documentation that our team in Russia viewed and knew immediately they were false and that was good enough for the FSB.
It was the same with 2 other attempts to destroy what we had achieved in Russia, with even a third attempt quite recently, all carrying what they claimed was official OITC documentation and all given the boot very fast by the Russian Government and FSB.
If Dr Dam didn’t know about this, which he states is the actual situation in an email as already posted within my previous posting to this community board, then there could only have been one other person who instigated these “behind the back” activities. Surprisingly all of these attempts were made using the same formulas and figures as we had been working on. What these groups didn’t realize is that there were two other factors we, deliberately I add, have never made known to anyone. Only the Russian Government and our office knew these factors and that is where these imposters purporting to act for the OITC came unstuck. They attempted to offer the same package, but were actually offering something different.
Scott’s name is on FSB records and as far as we are concerned those official records are far more substantial in meaning and in evidence than mere gossip between persons who know little, if anything, which means nothing as it is just gossip.
You have insinuated that David Sale and I are being financed by some organization in the background. In your latest article you insinuate that it could be Russia / FSB. It is further implied that it may be the Russians and FSB that are behind the moves to take over the OITC.
This is mere conjecture and supposition on your part to once again attempt to discredit David Sale. We have always stated, and this is the policy, that we remain neutral at all times, whereby this is fervently upheld by us. There is no organization in the background that is financially supporting us and there never will be as we will never allow our selves to be compromised by such matters.
Perhaps you ought to ask Scott where his money comes from, because he too was borrowing money from all sources at one time, but suddenly since 2008 he appears to be quite well off financially but he is still not paying any money back to those he borrowed from, he never does and never will that is why so many have already suffered at his hands.
Your insinuations can easily be turned around in the other direction to apply to those who are desperately trying to discredit David Sale and I.
You should also remember that Yamaguchi clearly indicated that Scott was their advisor and as such was working with them.
Now why is it that Scott should be advising a group of people who were caught in possession of stolen property (financial instruments) and attempting to smuggle these financial instruments across the Italian / Swiss border. At the same time and knowing that the Federal Reserve Notes were stolen and removed from their cases in the Philippines, don’t you think that Scott should be defending the property (assets of the Collateral Accounts) from these crooks, rather than collaborating with these crooks which he was actually doing.
Where therefore does Scott’s loyalties lie, in his false and continuous stream of clever but false words claiming how dedicated he is to assisting the world and making sure that these assets are used for the world, or, with a group of people in possession of stolen property (Collateral Account Assets) and attempting to smuggle same across the Italian / Swiss border. In normal circumstances anyone person found to be collaborating with crooks and thieves that had stolen assets from the company / organisation the person was employed by would be accused of complicity and fired immediately, as well as being charged under criminal law, or is the world in such a mess that anything and everything is allowed these days?
If Scott’s claims of being 2nd in command and right hand man to Dr Dam are anything which has even the smallest amount of fact to them, then Scott should have been 100% on the side of the OITC and telling these people, “Sorry guys, you should not have been in possession of these instruments, and as such you have broken the law on the basis of being in possession of stolen property and attempted fraud”. That is, and was, not the case, instead he is fully collaborating with these people in all ways to destroy the OITC and David Sale, and at the same time trying to appear to be the saviour of Dr Dam / OITC and destroyer of evil.
Give crooks and thieves the guns, the master keys, and the combinations to safes and see where it gets you, because that is what you are implying and possibly condoning.
You should also be aware of the fact that these financial instruments had been doing the rounds between “Brokers” over several years and no one could do anything with them (I believe it was Igots2no that brought this up in an article on this board). We also have several copies of these Certificates on file sent to us from various parts of the world over a considerable time, so this is not just something that had happen in a matter of weeks, this is something that was around for several years, and in the end these people get caught, well and truly caught, which they really don’t like. Then they turn things around to their own advantage and immediately blame someone else for their misdeeds, thinking, and even believing they can get away with it.
Contrary to what you state, which appears to be very biased, David Sale has no aspirations whatsoever to run the OITC or take over Dr Dam’s position. That is a decision solely for those persons who have the power to appoint the person. If Scott is interested in the position, which obviously he is, then he should apply to the hierarchy in the normal way. He can be fully assured that David Sale will not be applying for such position(s), and will, along with all members of his teams, resign their positions immediately if Scott is successful as we can not work under such a deviant. If someone else is appointed, and that is mere conjecture at this moment in time because no one knows the status of Dr Dam or whether the persons who have the power to appoint the person take any action on this matter; then we will make a full appraisal of the person and decide then as to whether we can work under that person or not. If Dr Dam remains as the International Treasury Controller and Chairman of the OITC David Sale will discuss matters with him whereby if it is deemed or agreed between them, David Sale will either continue under Dr Dam, or, remove himself and his teams in totality.
If therefore Scott is adamant to get rid of David Sale, he should seriously think about applying for Dr Dam’s position, as the simplest way to achieve such ideology, rather than spewing falsities around all over the place in an effort to make himself appear to be the Saviour.
You see there is a big difference between Scott and David Sale. The former being a CIA operative, is hell bent on retaining his position and taking over control of the OITC, together with collaborating with crooks and thieves. The latter person genuinely considering what is in the best interest of the OITC and the world at large, and bringing these crooks and thieves to heel.
You also imply that David Sale has no authority to take over interim control of the OITC, well we do have documentation confirming that and confirming it is a temporary Caretaker role until the situation of Dr Dam is resolved. Had the hierarchy wanted Scott to take over then the hierarchy would have made contact with Scott. The fact that they didn’t make contact with Scott on this issue is in my view self explanatory.
Please don’t ask us to show our documentation on this matter because this will be shown only to those persons engaged by the OITC, for which you are not one of those persons and therefore hold no legal right to demand review of same at any time.
If you still have any past documents of appointment or agreement, these are now suspended until further notice, whereby as you have not contacted us since the date of that notice, being the 21st December 2010, it is obvious you either have no documents or that you have accepted the order of the 21stDecember as being legal and valid.
Enough said, because these issues have nothing at all to do with the actual nucleus of the situation being the Italian / Swiss border incident at Chaisse, Italy, which appears to be deliberately clouded by people like you, Kumar, Keenan, M, and others, as issues of little or no relevance to the real issue, and it doesn’t take a blind man to see why.
The alibis / excuses being branded around by Scott, Kumar, M, Keenan, can not be substantiated at any time and are only there to disguise the real issue of there involvement in one way or another in unlawful activities.
I rest my case.
