Let me first explain to readers why we are highly skeptical in respect of the above articles. The person who posted as “Wheel” is Neil Keenan. The person who posts as “Kumar” is Keith Scott, and the person who posts as “M” is suspected, yet to be confirmed, as Mathew Scott. Note: It doesn’t take long to get a track on IP address and actual locations. Coupled with that, of course, are the characteristics of the writings, and how Kumar obtained a copy of a “Classified” document of the OITC, if of course such a document ever existed. Knowing what we know now that Scott is Kumar, it all makes perfect sense.
Yes we agree that the OITC needs more exposure to the world so that people know about their existence, the purpose and the benefits that the people will derive from same, BUT, coming from your writings after having done so much damage to the OITC and all those connected to it, such positive reactions from you is highly questionable hence why our prominent skepticism.
You see after Scott (Kumar) left in March 2008, and as previously stated, very quickly, we have achieved an awful lot more in the 2 ½ years since that date than what was achieved in the 13 years that Scott was in charge. We have brought the OITC into the limelight in a positive manner and, in the process of doing so, have gained the respect of many countries some of whom were very despondent in the way Scott and his appointed “Brokers” had ignored all protocols and even taken “up front” fees in some cases.
Remember Belarus and Ukraine which was attended to by Joseph Lukomovich, who we know took “Up Front” fees and “Prepaid Commissions” of $140 million USD. When Lukomovich was arrested in Belarus (last quarter of 2007) and interrogated he sang like a bird and named Keith Scott, plus others, not only as the lead guy within the operation, but also one who had a large share of the “Up Front and Prepaid Commissions / Fees”. Lukomovich even produced documents of the OITC which contained the signature of Dr. Dam, but were fake and badly forged.
That is on record with the FSB in Belarus, Kiev and Moscow. Two days after Scott heard this he ran so fast he couldn’t get out of Cambodia fast enough.
Lukomovich has not been seen since, perhaps you can tell us if he is still on this planet or did you just use him and then dump him as you have with others.
You can see why we are highly skeptical of your sudden and surprising charge of heart, or should we say, change of tactics, from attempting to destroy the OITC and all others connected to it who have only enhanced it throughout the world, to this sudden positive approach you now portray.
Scott also appears to be partnering, or certainly buddies, with Keenan and Yamaguchi, who Scott knows should not have been in possession of those Bonds / Certificates at any time, but Scott was an advisor to them (refer my previous article in which the relevant extract of Yamaguchi’s communication is published), so he knew what was going on and let it continue when he should have stopped it and seized the Bonds / Certificates from these people.
I am wondering if you have realized your mistakes and the fact that you have lost the game, hence why you are now showing the other side of your characters in an attempt to show that you know a lot, could be trusted, and do really mean well for the OITC, because we certainly do not trust your motives here.
I would also like to ask as to why, if Scott (Kumar) is so adamant that he is the most senior officer and carries the authority of Dr. Dam, why is it that he deserted the ship and left Cambodia, claiming to be en-route to the Philippines, and then in another breathe claiming that he was taking up a job with an investment bank in Australia. Should he not have been staying in Cambodia running the show and trying to sort out the mess he and Keenan had partially created. This shows where his loyalties lie doesn’t it, when he once again runs and leaves the mess for those remaining to sort out. Having run, he now shows his dislike, jealousy and acrimony against those who are sorting out the mess he created with others.
Be assured, we are sorting it out and will get the OITC back on track with even more promotion and marketing than before, so with respect we do not need your false concerns, we can do it without you as we have done in the past, and for which your jealousy and acrimony shows all too well.
I would also like to remind you that as of 21st December, and under instructions from the hierarchy, Scott’s appointment and agreement (both Keith Scott and Mathew Scott) were suspended pending investigation, as were all other appointments made prior to that date. That is so we can clean out the mess that Scott (Kumar) has created, and it will be cleaned out completely. In the meantime, it is business as usual without your assistance.
Some readers may think that I am being a little hard in what I have stated, or in the way I have stated it, which is not my usual approach, but it is necessary because I will not stand by and see those responsible for this mess try to place them selves in the background and blame innocent people for it.
As I stated previously, the Italian / Swiss situation was the straw that broke the Camel’s back, and I will not stand by and watch innocent persons / parties taking the blame for this as the only thing those innocent parties did was to expose what was going on at high levels, and what has been going on for decades, with the abuse and unlawful use of assets of the Collateral Accounts, for which one of our own, supposedly trusted person, was part of it all. I call it blatant and unlawful abuse of position and authority, which is not what one would expect from such a person, but it is what we got, much to our regret now that we know the truth, and it is something that we can do without, thank you.
