Keith Scott's Letter to Dr. Dam

Hi Everyone, I received this email from David Righter today. He has been posting some in defense of OITC on RMNs. So some of you are aware of him. He has asked me to carry some information for him here, as well as RMN's. I am happy to oblige. He posted to RMN's yesterday, and you should go and read that post, as it was apparently to deter harm to people carrying his name, that are not him.

Now, you may have seen him showing up also, in a recent writing by Ben Fulford which I may have placed here, but I am not sure, but it was carried on RMN's, FourWinds, and Rense. Here is the RMN's news link to that posting. There is a series of letters between himself and Neil Keenan. apparently these letters were sent to Ben Fulford.

Dear Readers. Let me first introduce myself. My name is David Righter and I head a large legal team who investigating a great deal of financial fraud in this world. This team is roughly 1000 in number and scattered about the world. I am personally based in Central Asia and that is enough about my location. We are particularly tracing that fraud which has affected the Foundation Divine, and the Collateral Accounts established under such. Many of you are already informed who have followed the long saga being played out publicly on Rumor Mill News and AbundantHope.

Now since the inception of OITC there have always been those working the underground to remove or destroy this organization, for indeed it is what it is stated on the website. www.unoitc.org. The scoundrels of the world went right about their usual methods of stealing assets long before the creation of the OITC and on and on afterwards. Little of the world's wealth has gone to the people of the world. It has lined many pockets and some within the OITC itself, have created false situations of promise, to varying countries and organizations, ripped them off huge banking fees and then run off, pocketing those profits and these countries have seen nothing for their expenditures. We are going to publicly continue to expose those that engaged in such crimes.

Now one, the infamous Keith Scott has collected a great deal of pocket money in these scams. And he is supposedly on the run, but we know where you are Keith. We are bigger and more powerful. Now that your arse is about to be fried, you are trying to manipulate your own fraud onto others.

Now below is the letter you wrote to Dr. Ray Dam. You do not know how I retrieved it, but you see, my team watches, for a very long time now, every email going to and from your computers, to all the other computers within OITC and we have also gone in when you were not aware and removed all that we needed from all those hard drives. You can not fault with anybody in your demise. It is you alone who shall pay the piper.

The so called RICO lawsuits are worthless papers at this time, in this story put out. It is the story of various sets of thugs trying to get rid of the competition. And many innocent people being added to the list, like Dave Sale. You are framing everyone you can, and my agents within Interpol are fully informed. As I have posted recently, the holes are plugged there. They all know their computers and mail are traced constantly. As are yours.

As the first portion of this exposure, I am posting this letter mentioned above, which Keith Scott was trying to get to Dr. Dam after Dr. Dam's arrest. It contains truth and lies. And the story line is not dated accurately. But you clearly see the attempt to manipulate Dr. Dam while under duress of arrest. I am requesting that Dave Sale sees this posting, that he take the letter and respond throughout in kind, and return same to me for publication. He knows his side of the truth. People are confused with all the he/she says going on, and we are going to clarify everything, in a most public way. Since my investigation also includes Dave Sale's computer and mail, I know of what is going on and I know he is being framed.

Now I have seen the original Cease and Desist spoken of in this. I have 3 copies of ones circulating also, including one which has been corrupted intentionally to make Dr. Dam's seal look faked. It is that faked one these ones are attempting to use. I have not yet decided if we will publish the legitimate copy. But we do know that the C and D was sent properly to Dr. Dam and returned properly and that Dave Sale does not have an electronic copy of Dr. Dam's signature, so he has no ability to sign for Dr. Dam. Now either Dr. Dam signed it, or somebody signed it for him, but it was NOT Dave Sale.

The Foundation Divine, IS DIVINE, overseen by the DIVINE and it's going to serve the people of this world as was always intended. SO BE IT. That is my seal. David Righter

For Most Urgent Attention of Dr. Dam

Dear Ray,

Firstly I am hoping you are OK. I know you have been badly mistreated and I worry all the time about you. I have been working for some time trying to head this problem off. I cannot do anything about the ARP-OITC situation as whatever it is, as you know, I know nothing about it. I also hope that the boys have managed to get my communications with Keenan to you

What triggered everything was David Sale. Knowing Keenan was going after OITC, he colluded with Daniele Del Bosco who colluded with Gian Carlo Bruno, the overall plan being that they would steal the Bonds entrusted to Keenan and then blame you. In doing so we believe Sale forged papers with your signature on it and used this in giving Del Bosco the excuse he needed to run with the bonds he was holding for Keenan. Dal Bosco feigned fear to Keenan but it was never fear, it was a well thought out plan between Dal Bosco, Bruno and Sale. At that time they were after only Keenan’s bonds but when they saw Keenan fighting OITC and causing many problems their idea became more grandiose that being OITC as well.

It was Keenan who forwarded some of the information to the Cambodian Police that Sale sent to him relating to the business in ARP-OITC and explained to Keenan how he could nail you through this. Sale also verified and substantiated that information and has been telling the Cambodian Police and newspapers everything he can to bury you. Also Sale did everything possible to make sure Keenan received the information sent information to Dal Bosco, who recruited Bruno, and they managed to find ways to get Keenan all the information necessary to wreak havoc.

I have sent Jorge a letter from Keenan that confirms these facts to me. Sale hates you more than he hates me.

Since around October 2009, Bruno, Del Bosco and Sale have been planning to steal Keenan’s bonds. From July/August OITC also became a target to bring under the World Economic Forum. This is confirmed by recent postings by David Sale on the internet where he repudiates all appointments made by yourself prior to December 21, 2010.

I have sent you Keenan's letter to me. I have been working carefully to get him to back off on the RICO charges he was filing against you. This is not a light matter as it involves people in very high places, It involves the horrific murder of Joe Bendana, it involves the theft of 140 Billion Dollars in Bonds.

Behind it all is that worthless, treacherous sack of shit, David Sale.

I have established a good relationship with Keenan, who after hearing everything realizes you did not know what Sale was doing and that any knowledge you had was after the fact. I will stay on track with Keenan because if I do not, this RICO thing is going to bury you forever. Keenan has agreed to accept that you had no idea what Sale was really doing and that it was Sale, Bruno and Del Bosco that set you up. But I need to prove that you did not know. My working with Keenan has headed off even worse problems than you have now, because if you go down in the US system there is no way to get you out. If we can keep this a strictly local affair as far as you are concerned, we can eventually get you out and Keenan is a decent guy and now has some pity for you and will help me with that. He does not forgive you for allowing Sale to do what he did and then not putting matters right. But he realizes as I do that you were not involved in the scamming by Sale, because you were the real target and would only have known what Sale wanted you to know.

We can nail Sale with your confirmation that you did not sign or issue any Cease and Desist to Neil Keenan. With this we can block all his treachery and lying and bring him to account, but we need to do it before he leaves Thailand as it is the Thai authorities who can arrest and detain him. The authorities have told Keenan that Sale is planning on taking over the OITC and moving his address to Europe thereby working with Bruno, Dal Bosco and others under the World Economic Forum’s umbrella.

I have prepared a letter for you to sign, and this letter merely confirms that you did not have any idea what Sale was planning prior to the theft of the Bonds and that you did not issue any Cease and Desist letter to Keenan, and you did not sign any such letter.

I want to nail Sale for his treachery and for what he has done to you. If I have this letter, it will become the evidence that not only helps us to nail Sale, but it also gets you out of a whollot of problems you do not need now.

I have told Keenan that I will do nothing against you and I will also do whatever I need to do to help you. I need you to sign and have your attorneys witness the accompanying letter. This is the only way Sale can be stopped.
