WHISTLEBLOWER ……….. IMPORTANT UPDATE ……………. LORD JAMES’S SPEECH IN THE UK HOUSE OF LORDS

 

Since the release of the information to the media, mainly the http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/ld201011/ldhansrd/text/101101-0003.htm#10110215000001

of Lord James’s speech, we have been undertaking investigations on this issue. From the extensive research and investigations undertaken by our own highly specialised investigation team working in conjunction with various intelligence agency personal across the world, we have now been able to establish the following:-

 

THIS PARTICULAR “RIDICULOUS” OFFER IS DEFINITELY NOT CONNECTED TO THE OITC.

 

However, by deception and unlawful activities it is indirectly linked which I will explain.

The name of the Foundation X, as referred by Lord James is now known to us, but for the moment we will not release that name until all investigations are completed. Foundation X is part of the Collateral Accounts under the ownership and sole dispositional control of H.E. Dr. R. C. Dam. There is no dispute as to the latter fact because it is defined within official records.

 

However, information made available to us indicates that it is not actually the real foundation which is responsible for making this absurd and highly suspicious offer to the British Government via Lord James of Blackheath.

 

It is a “Ghost” operation which I will explain at a later date to allow people to understand how these “Ghost” operations work.

 

In the meantime, I will point out a few issues that were highly suspicious and did alert us to a possible SCAM utilising the name of one of our Foundations but designed to allow personal perception to automatically relate it to the OITC.

 

The following are the points that alerted us:-

a). We do not normally “give” money to Governments, as it usually ends up being wasted and / or used for purposes other than for that it was intended. Where, on very rare occasions (and they are very rare) we do give money to a country, that money is always controlled by us and used strictly for the purpose intended.

Therefore the comments by Lord James stating that £5 billion pound would be given to the Government to do with as they please, is just nonsense and a totally irresponsible proposition.

b). We do not attempt to go through any back doors to get to a Government.

We are always open and upfront in such matters by officially writing to the Head of State or Prime Minister. If they then wish to take advantage of such a financial situation, then they officially write back to us in compliance with all “Sovereign” protocols and procedures.

We may from time to time utilise one of our people to “Hand Deliver” any official letter from us, but it is “Hand Delivered” directly to the Office of the Head of State or Office of the Prime Minister.

We do not utilise such persons as Lord James to make speeches of mystery in order to bring attention to our possible involvement with any country.

c). WE are not obsessed with our own security, but we are aware of the need and do have security in place. However we are not afraid to meet and talk at the bottom part of the people’s pyramid, nor are we afraid to meet and talk at the very top of the pyramid.

d). If we were involved we would have no objection to Lord James revealing our name publicly, in which case why did Lord James not openly declare the name of the Foundation? We would not, and do not, support sanitised documents or speeches designed to hide identities, especially at this level.

e). All persons around the world acting for or authorised by the OITC carry a cache of 4 documents which are always produced and verified before detailed discussions takes place. It is plainly obvious that the person who brought all of this to the attention of Lord James did not have these documents and therefore Lord James could not even apply for verification of same directly with us. We received no communications or requests for verification at any time from Lord James or any person or party representing Lord James

f). We do not go into any country offering substantial monetary figures out of thin air. We undertake extensive research and calculations to establish the financial requirements of any country over a very long term period. Once a figure is established we then discuss same only with the Head of State and Prime Minister and obtain their agreement on same. Nothing is released publicly (as in the case of Lord James) until such time as all parties agree. Even then if the country does not want to publicly expose our financial involvement, or even the amount of finance injected into their country, then we will definitely not expose anything to the public, whereby such information remains totally confidential between us and the country in question, usually in a “Top Secret” file.

Based upon all the above information together with the extensive research and investigations undertaken since Wednesday 3^rd November, we can, as stated above, reiterate that ……….

THIS OFFER, AS RELAYED THROUGH LORD JAMES, IS

NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING PRESENTLY BEING

UNDERTAKEN BY THE OITC.

We do however point out that information received to date indicates that, via unlawful activities, it may be indirectly connected by the unlawful use of assets of one of the Foundations under the Collateral Accounts.

Investigations are continuing whereby further updates will be issued in due course.

This update is being issued on the grounds that through people’s own various perceptions, this offer is being automatically linked to the OITC, which may have been the actual purpose behind it, so that when it all collapses in disaster the OITC gets discredited and everyone points the finger at us.

All persons should be fully aware of such dubious activities as they are far more common than the people know about or would tend to believe.

If people really want to know if we are involved with any financial or funding proposals of any description, they can write directly to us for such information whereby it will be given freely. In the event of information being “Classified” such information will be restricted but information will be given wherever possible.

The world lives in a world of illusion. What you see and read is not always what it appears to be. This spurious offer is just one of those illusions

I will say however that if Prime Minister David Cameron wishes to officially write to us, he can be assured that the requirements of the UK will be accommodated by us.
