This website above, has quite a few releases on it, around the Seta Reticuli Excahnge program. I Just became aware of it this morning from an email. The second link above, is to release 27a, just released this month and covers the briefing of Ronald Reagan about our visitors. I haven't read the whole piece yet, just skimmed it.  I will look more at the entire website, looks extremely interesting. Ronald Reagan was briefed in this about EBE, an alien who survived a crash landing, and this is covered also, (not Reagan's briefing), in Phoenix Journal #3, viewable and downloadable from www.fourwinds10.com and www.phoenixsourcedistributors.com EBE lived 5 years.
