FREE LAKOTA BANK Opens as Non-Fractional Reserve Bank Accepting Only Gold and Silver Currencies
Ron: Things are starting to move. Money has been “the root of all evil” ever since the banksters back in Babylon (if not earlier) realised that it could be used to enslave humanity. The Amerindians have always known “ya can’t eat money” and finally the Lakota Nation has taken the initiative to change our attitudes to money and banking.
Given the difficulties associated with breaking free of the matrix in both thought and deed The Free Lakota Bank – a non-fractional reserve bank accepting ONLY gold and silver currencies – seems like a good start on the road to fiscal and economic freedom. Beauty Bottler Lakota! Freedom loving people everywhere salute you!
From my perspective this system is only an interim arrangement pending implementation of GESARA with its associated fundamental restructuring of humanity’s attitudes to money and banking globally. But it is a great start and shows what can be done.
For those not paying attention who may not fully appreciate what is wrong with our current Western System of Central Bank controlled fractional reserve banking the Free Lakota Bank quotes Ayn Rand to good effect:
‘Money is the barometer of a society's virtue. When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion...when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing...when you see your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you...when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice...you may know that your society is doomed.’
And so it is today as we witness the totally corrupt creation and distribution of trillions of dollars, pounds et al of fiat money to banksters and their corporate mates and minions at the expense of the rest of humanity.
The Free Lakota Bank says, rightly in my view, that:
Money is made possible only by those who produce. Paper is not money, instead merely a promise to pay. We hope that some day the rest of the world will awaken from the American Dream: the dream that a person can sustain life by consuming more than producing. We call it the American Dream because you must be asleep to believe it. Well, that dream now has a silver lining; as people discover the dream is really a nightmare, the only solution is a return to value: value that comes from production and honest trade.
The free Lakota Bank’s website states:
‘Sovereignty through Economic Independence
The Free Lakota Bank is the world's first non-reserve, non-fractional bank that issues, accepts for deposit, and circulates REAL money...silver and gold. All of our deposits are liquid, meaning they can be withdrawn at any time in minted rounds.
The Free Lakota Bank
The Free Lakota Bank issues, circulates and accepts for deposit only AOCS-Approved silver and gold currencies. The Bank’s reasoning is Silver & gold are a store of value, an equivalent of wealth produced. Paper is a mortgage on wealth that does not exist, backed by a gun aimed at those who are expected to produce it. As the Bank deals only in what it calls “real money” it does not participate in any central bank looting schemes.
A New System of Banking
Do you have the moral integrity and character of a person that deserves a loan from the Free Lakota Bank?
Some may confuse our economic structure with isolationism...which it is not. Since we currently produce much more than we consume, we have the right to decide what medium of exchange to accept for our effort. And so, we accept only value for value. Across our great land, over thousands of tribes and merchants participate in our system of trade. We invite others to trade with us and bring value back into our transactions.
Contribute to Lakota Prosperity
The Free & Independent Nation of Lakota is growing at an exceptional rate. We welcome you to be a part of our success while you help yourself at the same time. We DO NOT need or want your donations and charity. We have great respect for money, and we expect to earn our wealth by creating value for you.
When you bank with Lakota, you can expect us to safeguard your property with our lives. We will defend it from theft by looting or force. We will charge you a fee for this service. At the same time, however, by banking with the Free Lakota Bank, you become entitled to access our lucrative General Investment Fund. When depositing, you may choose to specify a portion of your deposit to be used in the bank's General Investment Fund, the Fund we use to develop profitable free-market enterprise and make standard and micro-loans to free people. The GIF is how you can directly contribute to our success while simultaneously earning a return on your investment.
Loans & Investments
Do you have the moral integrity and character of a person that deserves a loan from the Free Lakota Bank? If so, we may have a loan for you. Our first priority with the Free Lakota Bank General Investment Fund is to enhance the profitable development of exports from within the Nation of Lakota. We will consider any and all proposals to establish free enterprise within our territory above all other requests for loans. Please read the list of benefits of conducting business from within our Nation.
The Free Lakota Bank issues loans based not on need, but instead on merit. During application, explain the value we will receive by lending money to you. Inform us as to why investing in you is in our best interest. What have you done in the past to create value for yourself and shareholders? What commitment will you make to ensure the success of our investment?
The Free Lakota Bank frequently holds an equity interest in most projects we fund from an angel investor standpoint.
General Investment Fund:
All loans are funded through the Free Lakota Bank General Investment Fund. This fund is a combination of bank assets and depositor holdings. When you deposit with the Free Lakota Bank, you are invited to participate in the General Investment Fund. Simply indicate the number of ounces from your funds on deposit you would like to earmark for the Fund. Currently, any deposit made to the Fund will not be accessible for a period of 1 year. As the size of the fund grows, early withdraws will be permitted with a small fee. Access to withdraw from the Fund is limited simply because we do not participate in fractional reserve banking.
The current annual rate of return for the Fund is 7.24%. Your Fund earnings are deposited in your account in ounces of AOCS silver.
Deposit & Withdraw
Depositing with the Free Lakota Bank: for a limited time, you can convert USD to Lakota and deposit directly with the Free Lakota Bank. Simply sign up for an account and you will receive instructions on how to fund your new account. After our initial currency offering completes, deposits will only be accepted in the form of AOCS-Approved currencies. After this time, depositors will need to contact a local AOCS Officer to convert USD to Lakota, at which point the Officer will be able to accept the deposit on our behalf.
Withdrawing funds from the Free Lakota Bank: any and all withdraws from the Free Lakota Bank will be issued in AOCS-Approved currency. The currency can be shipped direct from the bank or can be issued by an AOCS Officer. What you do with the currency and the rate of exchange you receive when converting to a different currency is beyond our control. Be aware of the heavy government manipulation in the value of gold and silver.
At the Free Lakota Bank, we have one single fee. We charge 1oz per 20,000oz deposited on a monthly basis to secure your property in our vault. This fee includes unlimited online account access and transfers to other Lakota account holders, and unlimited transfers to accounts at any other AOCS bank. It also includes up to (30) Out-of-Band Authentication requests.
The only other charge you may incur with the Free Lakota Bank is for shipping when withdrawing funds. You may visit a local banker at no charge to withdraw from your account. If you choose to have the bank ship your property direct to you via insured private carrier service, you will pay for all shipping charges direct to the carrier in whatever currency the carrier accepts.
If you choose to commit 200oz to the General Investment Fund, the Free Lakota Bank will waive the monthly account fee during the term of your investment.

When you open an account at the Free Lakota Bank, there are 2 specific things we do not want: your name and your social security number. It is not our job to track the movement of our clients' money; we do not want to know who is depositing, where it comes from, or at what rate it enters or leaves our bank. We believe money is anonymous and not subject to tracking.
If you derive your income from preying on the weakness of others, shame on you. Your time on this planet will be short and the great spirit will reward you in kind. If you choose to deposit with the Free Lakota Bank, we will use your money to benefit those will a strong sense of morals and value. Our hope is that your money will not find its way back to you.
Account Security: Account login is limited with an email address and password. You may choose to then require Out-of-Band Authentication to approve transfers to other Free Lakota Bank account holders or for currency withdraws. Our Out-of-Band Authentication parter is StikeForce Technologies. We strongly recommend that you access your account only from terminals running StrikeForce's GuardedID Keystroke Encryption software.
Out-of-Band Authentication requires the use of a second network, also known as the Publicly Switched Telecommunications Network (PSTN), to confirm that you are in fact the person conducting the transaction. You will setup your Out-of-Band Authentication procedure during account setup. Then, when you conduct a transaction that requires Out-of-Band Authentication, our system will initiate a command to call your enrolled phone. You then enter your PIN code through the phone. You will NEVER be asked to enter your PIN code online. Therefore, your PIN code can never be stolen via your pc or other terminal.'

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
People of Lakota Launch Private Bank for Only Silver and Gold Currencies
Hill City, Lakota - November 24, 2008 - In a stunning development, the Free & Independent People of Lakota announced today the introduction of the world's first non-reserve, non-fractional bank that accepts only silver and gold currencies for deposit.
"Today is a great day for us, a day that we begin to exercise our rights as a sovereign people with strength and pride," comments Canupa Gluha Mani, Tetuwan Council Judicial Member of the Cante Tenza "Strong Heart" Warrior Society. Mani's 2500 member warrior society has contracted to provide private security services for the Free Lakota Bank.
"We invite people of any creed, faith or heritage to unite in an effort to reclaim control of wealth. It is our hope that other tribal nations and American citizens recognize the importance of silver and gold as currency and decide to mirror our system of honest trade." Mani, also known as Duane Martin Sr, is a member of the delegation that declared Lakota independence on December 17th, 2007.
The launch of the Free Lakota Bank is also an incredible victory for StrikeForce Technologies, the access control experts providing depositor Out-of-Band Authentication. As the Free Lakota Bank does not require a name, photo identification or social security number to transact, StrikeForce's technology met the challenge of limiting fraud without requiring controversial biometric technology.
The People of Lakota invite depositors to establish accounts and invest in the Free Lakota Bank's General Investment Fund, the fund it uses to develop profitable free-market enterprise inside Lakota territory. Mani comments that the nation despises donations and charity, and instead insists instead on "earning our wealth by creating value for those that place their faith and trust in our system."
The Free Lakota Bank issues an American Open Currency Standard Approved currency, making it readily accepted for trade by over 10,000 merchants and businesses across the continent.
