Hello All

Many of you will be aware of the recent success that was achieved when "Customs" released a package that was seized at Perth Airport when challenged about their identity, namely:

*Are you a Commonwealth Officer or a Corporate Entity?, and;
*Is the Act that imposes GST lawful?

Today, I received a video projector that I purchased back in March this year. I purchased it as an experiment to see if the process I had developed worked, and to support the release of my Corvette.

When it arrived in Australia, it was seized by "Customs" in Melbourne. Held hostage until GST was paid.

I sent "Customs" the same notices - to determine who they were and whether their Acts were lawful.

"Customs" were unable to demonstrate they were real Government, nor that their Acts were lawful.

Having determined "Customs" were a Corporate Entity, I provided terms and conditions to govern the relationship between the two of us.

"Customs" accepted my terms and conditions by unlawfully seizing my private property. I invoiced them accordingly.

The invoices were not paid. "Customs" breached the contract.

In the absence of a de jure judicial system (determined independently), a lien was served against "Customs"

"Customs" sent my projector back to the USA - perhaps thinking that would stop the invoices. I invoiced them again for claiming ownership (theft) to make such a decision.

I instructed the vendor to resend the projector and advised "Customs" that invoices would continue should it be seized again.

Today my projector sits on my lounge room floor ready for installation!!!
