REGROWING TEETH WITH ULTRASOUND
El Bialy first tested a much larger
version of the ultra sound device on rabbits in the 1990s. Then he
conducted human trials with remarkable results. The ultra sound device
stimulated the growth of teeth in virtually every patient.
The ultra sound device has been
demonstrated to also successfully treat hemifacial microsomia, a
congenital syndrome where one side of the child's jaw or face is
underdeveloped compared to the other, normal, side. Ordinarily this
condition requires several extensive surgeries to correct. (if it can
do this then surely my jaw isn't as difficult. Maybe I can fix my jaw
hinge too . . . which is apparently an 'accident waiting to happen')
Some of the comments:
What a genius, I thought of that ideal for cell reconstruction
& growth long time ago. I'm certain that this technology will work
because the development of molecular biology is created by quantum
matter like ultra sonic sound waves. Where can I purchase this device?
we are testing lipus for 28 month.
dentin and pulp seem to have been regenerated. Enamel, X-rays are
planned for end of year. Re mineralization of bones are definite.
"I was using ultrasound to
stimulate bone formation after lower-jaw lengthening in rabbits,"
El-Bialy said in an interview Tuesday.
To his surprise, not only did he help heal the rabbits' jaws after the surgery, but their teeth started to grow as well.
He later did a human study to see
if ultrasound could prevent damage to the roots of teeth when people
wear braces. Braces force the teeth to move, and that can cause root
damage. (yeah, they conveniently never told me that)
That study, published in 2004,
showed that a tooth getting a daily shot of ultrasound was protected
from damage, and in fact had more dental tissue than before.
"The problem was that the
ultrasound device we were using was very big, and the patient had to
hold it in his mouth for 20 minutes every day," El-Bialy said. (Puft!
20mins is nothing!)
