Minister Grace Grace says in the coming months, national cabinet will likely be driving decision-making about "vaccination and compulsion to do so".
"It would have to be very much under the federal government auspices as well, and obviously we'll address that as a government when we come to it," she said.
For someone with ‘grace' twice in their name, this isn't a very graceful announcement. The department is also keeping quiet about consequences for objectors.
LNP education spokesman, Christian Rowan, asked what QLD education's plan was for teachers, students and staff who opted to not be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Education Department Director-General, Tony Cook, described the question as "hypothetical", but one the department would investigate when a vaccination became available.
We don't even get an answer until the vaccine arrives. Seems suspicious.
This is the same vaccine that won't even be effective, according to the World Heath Organisation, mind you.
Now, authorities are looking to add schooling to the list - an area in which they have already successfully penetrated with dark programs such as No Jab, No Pay.

Today, Australian families are increasingly ditching mainstream classrooms to teach their children at home, citing philosophical objections, religious beliefs and a desire for personalised learning.
From humble beginnings as a small movement, families are now switching as a genuine alternative, growing to become a motivated, organised and politically-aware community across the spectrum.
Recent research has estimated there is currently over 17,000 registered homeschooling students in Australia, and possibly as many as 30,000 unregistered children in total across the country.
In Queensland, home schooling has almost tripled in just five years, with parents citing increased educational needs and a shortage of resources in schools as main reasons to make the switch.
Across the state, numbers of children in home education has increased over the past five years from 1,108 in 2013 to 3,232 in 2018 - a 192% increase!
No longer a ‘fringe' alternative option, and with the power of connectivity through online communications, parents are connecting and forming alliances for children to grow.
Home education teaching looks very different to traditional schooling, with the Australian homeschool community establishing a variety of educational methods to address the fluidity needed for individual cases of children that require assistance.
This doesn't hinder their academic performance, either.
This holistic approach to tailored education has seen the industry increase in quality and size in the last decade, with students now academically performing better than average students in formal education, according to NAPLAN homeschool statistics.
Sure, there is a possibility that the department will pass on directives for home schooling children to be vaccinated, but there are plenty of ways around this, and there is no teachers to answer too.
Importantly, it pulls your child away from an institution that was ultimately designed from the beginning to indoctrinate the growing mind and turn them into obedient slaves.
SCHOOLING: MOULDING HUMAN MINDS
Close examinations of the modern schooling system reveal that it is not education at all, and the current structure bears fundamental flaws that were intentionally rolled out this way.
What we see before us is a calculated system of social engineering that is thrust on children through a system of psychological programming during critical developmental stages.
Professor Alexander James Inglis, acclaimed Professor of Education at Harvard University, is considered one of the forefathers and key minds associated with the structure of education.
Inglis was a man who had transformed from an academic traditionalist devoted to Latin pedagogy, to an influential progressive-experimentalist and advocate of the comprehensive ‘high school'.
The book, which was released in Boston, New York and Chicago, would soon become a benchmark in the field of secondary education and is still referenced today as a pioneering work in the industry.
According to the book, Inglis explains the primary purposes of secondary education are as follows:
"Social-Civic Aim - The preparation of the individual as a prospective citizen and cooperating member of society."
Economic-Vocational Aim - The preparation of the individual as a prospective worker and producer."
Individualistic-Avocational Aim - The preparation of the individual for those activities ... primarily involving individual action, the utilization of leisure, and the development of personality."
The book also heavily discusses the "integrating function" of secondary education, which describes the development of "like-mindedness" and "social solidarity", further emphasising the true nature.
The Inglis Lectureship in Secondary Education was established by the Harvard Graduate School of Education in honor of the late professor, who by the mid-1920s had become a leading scholar and writer in the field of secondary education.
John Gatto Taylor, well-known educational commentator and author of Weapons Of Mass Instruction, spoke on the influences of Inglis to education in his book:
"..Inglis makes it perfectly clear that compulsory schooling on this continent was intended to be just what it had been for Prussia in the 1820s: a fifth column into the burgeoning democratic movement.
Divide children by subject, by age-grading, by constant rankings on tests, and by many other more subtle means, and it was unlikely that the ignorant mass of mankind, separated in childhood, would ever re-integrated into a dangerous whole."
Such a system leads to the subsequent implication that social worth is determined in a collective environment, causing children to be dependent on teachers and experts, rather than on themselves.
It also praises total conformity and condemns individuality as a threat to the system, and teaches that schedule, not interesting work, is what has value.
Inglis would lay the foundational structure for decades of educational thinkers to come afterwards.
Today, the same system introducing epsilon shots to your children, is the same one that has been incrementally modelled from the philosophies of men like this many decades ago.
The main point is this: Get your children OUT of the school system, whether a vaccine becomes mandatory or not. Day-by-day, the minds of future citizens are weaponised against reason here.
