TROY DAVIS WAS EXECUTED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA, ALTHOUGH MANY HINTS EXISTED TO PLEAD FOR HIS INNOCENCE
Eve
22nd Sept. 2011
Since I first learned about Troy Davis' case, I have always been very empathic with him. Troy - with dark skin - was indicted to have murdered a cop in 1989 and sentenced to death. However, Troy has always pointed out his innocence, and among 9 whitnesses 7 have abrogated later, stating they were put under pressure by the police to make a wrong statement. Amnesty International has tried to help Troy to get justice, by many petitions - however there was mighty rejection among the forces who had to decide about opening the case again. I suppose that reopening the files of Troy might have had an uncomfortable risk for certain forces who were not interested to have their mask of ethics and moral publicly blown.
The latest petition for Troy was just a few days ago. His lawyers applied for an act of grace which was rejected. Hazel just published a piece on compassion, and I can tell that there was mighty compassion by many for Troy during the long period of uncertainty about his execution. ... just imagine the incredible effect to the human psyche, when somebody is imprisoned in the death tract of a jail... not only to the person sentenced, but also for his family.
Incredible injustice, ignorance against human rights, unmeasurable ignorance by those who are placed at the pivot points of power ... by people, who can decide about life and death ... just with their signature... and who piss off virtues like commitment to truth up to charity..... still a reality on this planet in year 2011. Taking a look at all crime generated intentionally by the dark luciferian overlords - satanism, experiments in underground labs, paedophile all day routines in highest circles of power, global hidden war against the population of earth, intentional destruction of nature, torture, warfare etc etc..... it seems to be absolute ridiculus to take a life for something on which correctness is not even prooved... but Troys lobby was weak, he had a dark skin, and neither in the so called "free" country of America nor in other countries of the world anybody can truely tell that the topic of racism was finally closed. Troys execution seems to be a welcome blood sacrifice for those who are of course not interested to have their crimes publicly exposed.
Even our local German radio station reported about Troys execution effected - including the background story which was published by Amnesty International. Even ALTHOUGH every minute there seemed otherwise to be taken by the pope visit.... (even manhole covers and houses are getting sealed if situated - bad luck - nearby the route the pope will take - incredible cost ... you might be able to "save" Greece for 1 year by the money spent on security issues to protect the head of the world's biggest satanic organization) I'm pretty sure that the pope has never had the slightest interest to stand in for the rights of Troy Davis.
Now the State of Georgia has intentionally blown out the life candle of Troy Davis.... but all ignorance of the State will not prevent our compassion with Troy, and we will keep in our awareness that there are so many Troy's all over the world, who were and are sharing the same destiny.
Somebody lives in freedom on this planet, who is responsible for the murder in 1989, and when this guy passes away someday, he will be held responsible for his deeds, so being a coward now and not taking over responsiblity for the suffering of an innocent person and a murder will just grant him a short period of delay.
Now, after we are being confronted with the effected execution of Troy Davis we can just send prayers along his way.... however being sure about the fact that he is now surrounded by universal justice and divine love .... we now close the chapter of the fight for the life of Troy Davis, which has lasted for decades. I hope that Troy has now cleared all his karma.
I have looked again at his photo at Amnesty International, - in silent contemplation - and somehow it feels he has a "touch of Ghandi"

The state of Georgia has executed Troy Anthony Davis.
I've been down here at death row, and we just heard the horrific news.
After a torturous delay of more than 4 hours, the state of Georgia has just killed Troy Anthony Davis.
My heart is heavy. I am sad and angry. The state of Georgia has proven what we already know. Governments cannot be trusted with the awful power over life and death.
Today, Georgia didn't just kill Troy Davis, they killed the faith and confidence that many Georgians, Americans and Troy Davis supporters worldwide used to have in our criminal justice system.
Wende, on our Abolish the Death Penalty Campaign team, met with Troy Davis yesterday to convey the support that he has had from all of you. He asked us to deliver this message back to you:
"The struggle for justice doesn't end with me. This struggle is for all the Troy Davises who came before me and all the ones who will come after me. I'm in good spirits and I'm prayerful and at peace."
Let's take a moment to honor the life of Troy Davis and Mark MacPhail. Then, let's take all of our difficult feelings and re-double our commitment to abolition of the death penalty.
Please pledge to continue this fight because it is far from over.
This Friday at 7 pm EST, please join us for a special call to discuss Troy Davis' case, what your work means for the death penalty abolition movement as a whole and what we can do next.
I am Troy Davis. You are Troy Davis. We will not stop fighting for justice.
Thank you for everything you have done to make your voice heard.
In Solidarity,
Laura Moye

Not in my name
The state of Georgia may have taken one life tonight, but they cannot stop our struggle for all the Troy Davises of the world.
