Hi everyone, some of you may have read the book ET 101 which was online free from a website called SoulWise.  We carried it here on this site.  Well, those folks didn't have rights to it, and recently the author of the book wrote to ask us to take it down, which we did.  Here is what Diane, who is the author of the book wrote to me, after I wrote to her trying to discern what was going on. The book had been free for many years, so I was more than a little confused. This is what she wrote back.  And I did download the file she sent, described below and indeed it is in her name.  This is a awesome book and if you have not read it, you can get a copy from her.  She has both some original print copies, and an e version.

Hi Candace - I know you got this from Gerardus at Soulwise.  I recognized the format.  Gerardus launched it without authority and in violation of my copyright.  He long ago took it down at my request, but damage did occur from his transgression.  Zoev Jho is the name I wrote this book under. I've attached a title page from ET 101 (3rd printing, 1993) which shows clearly that the copyright was under my name. In 1995, ET 101 was sold to Harper Collins and the copyright was returned to me in 1998 because they violated the contract.  I am the lawful copyright holder on all versions of ET 101 that are in publication.

I have a website now and am trying to rectify the awesome damage visited on me by the US Government (actually, the New World Order) in retaliation for this work.  It was during the time I was fighting for my life that Gerardus and others seized the opportunity to take the book.  I was too busy defending my self and my property to also defend my work. I actually could have sued Harper Collins for their part in it, but was too stretched to do so at the time.

I appreciate you removing my work from your site.  If possible, can you place my website link ( www.et101.net ) for anyone wishing to obtain a legal copy of ET 101?
