MERRY CHRISTMAS

T'is the week before Christ's Mass
and all through the world
Marchers tramp in insane blindness
to gather scraps of this or that,
To find joy in that which does not exist
but only the merchants find drive to persist--,
So that confusion will cloud the day
That none shall hear what the wise men say.
Rap groups with condoms atop their heads,
Feed the frenzy of the walking dead...
Amusing, "they" call it, as the masses sway
to the haunting strains of "Dead Man's Day"
While the writhing bodies swing in and out
to expound the tale of "Silent Night"
"God forgive them for they know not what..."
abounds this day in Satan's sights.
TO TAKE ALL GLORY FROM THIS WONDROUS DAY
ONCE MEANING LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP TIES
NOW BECOME THE EVIL SIGN OF THAT WHICH OFFERS VIEWING-AS A PLANET DIES....
YES, GOD, PLEASE-FORGIVE THEM FOR
THEY CANNOT KNOW....
THAT DEATH AND DARKNESS AWAIT THE DOOR.
TO YOU WHO WILL-PLEASE TAKE MY HAND...
FOR I'M GOING HOME TO GOD'S LIGHTED LAND-
GOD HAS SENT ME TO BRING YOU HOME.
